Wish zero stars was an option! This was the biggest waste of money, I should have read the reviews before falling for their sales pitch. Stuck in a subscription that charges $60 for a oil refill and a diffuser that stopped working before their generous 90 day warranty and they will not send me a replacement, but have no problem sending me the oil. Their customer service is atrocious!

Aroma 360 is not a reliable company. I placed an order with them at a promotional discount of buy at regular price and receive the other for 80% discounted. Long story short. My order stated it was shipped to me however it wasn't. It never made it to the state I live in according to the tracking info. The company didn't seem concerned about the issue at all. After going back and forth about a replacement order, I was then told they didn't know when the items would be back in stock. Meanwhile, I requested a full refund, no response. I filed a dispute with my bank and was refunded all my money. Not to mention I had a subscription for the new item to receive monthly replacement air fresheners. They were still charging for refills when they knew I never received the device. Yes, I received my money back for those as well. They are a scam, rip off and the list goes on.

Terrible customer service. Became a subscriber expecting the service I had previously received from Hotel Collection. I was shipped 3 bottles of oil in a bubble envelope that arrived damaged. Oil was leaking inside the package. Contacted customer service to exchange the oil and did not hear back from them until I followed up with them weeks later. I won’t get into the details of the interaction, but know they are rude and unprofessional. On a previous interaction, they debuted my account twice and would have processed the transaction again if I did not refuse to provide my card number. When I informed them about what happened they seemed unconcerned and simply said that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days as if it were no big deal. Save yourself the hassle!

In a word, JOKE. Theses folks that are during advertising for this company have no shame. I was given one for Christmas, it worked all of two weeks, intermittently at that. It turns out the one he bought for himself also stopped working. This is a perfect example of how people will do anything for money, sad. I didn't even tell the person who gave it to me that it was junk for fear of hurting their good intention feelings until they told me the one they bought for themself stopped working. Looking at the other reviews it's pretty evident that these units are nothing more than JUNK, again, sad. I just got sick and tired of watching the lying deceiving TV commercials. I had to do something to possibly help the next poor sole. Getting help or refund is essentially out of the question. DON'T DO IT!

UPDATE 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE AND THE ACTUAL APPLIANCE DOESNT WORK. THE FIRST BOTTLE STILL HAS 1/2 LEFT AND ITS FULLY CHARGED AND ON HIGH FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS! REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE...NO RESPONSE! DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Horrible company even at the ordering! AFTER I ordered then get texts from real people at the company offering major discounts. I called to try and get the discounts and credit my card for the differences. Nope...I was told sorry maybe when you make a second order discounts might be available. WOW! Then I get texts and emails MULTIPLE times a day with specials. HORRIBLE! I wasted money by paying a higher price and they think I will keep ordering. NO rather not even use the products! I sure hope I don't have issues with the appliances I did order while the oil lasts. Sad how their Shark Tank partner let's this happen! Thought that would make them more reputable...HORRIBLE business practices!

Do NOT get involved with this company! The VIP concierge service ropes you in to a contract paying interest with another company uportal 360, so that they can always claim that your issue is handled in a different department. You get shuttled back and forth, seldom getting a straight answer. Then, in attempting to close out your account, they send more product, in fact requiring your signature for delivery, so that they can claim you continue to receive products and services that you no longer want. IT IS A SCAM, using unfair tactics, which I have reported to consumer services. A Miami TV station has also been investigating their business and techniques.
