I purchased the Mini Aroma360 in April of 2023. Just over a year later it has stopped working. I tried all the steps to clean it and nothing has worked. Customer service was no help in offering a replacement unit stating I was "outside the 90 day warranty." They even tried to upsell me on another unit with a subscription. Proceed with caution if you plan to purchase this item because if/when it fails, they won't offer any solution.

Just as every review has said before me, this company is a scam. I ordered 2 difusers and two scents. I didn't realize the regular scents I ordered were incorrect and I needed to order the propod scents. I packaged up the 2 unused regular scents and sent them back. In the mean time I ordered 2 of the propods. I assumed I would be credited on my credit card but unfortunately they give you credit to order more products. Not knowing that I paid for the two correct propods on my credit card. Apparently no one there knows how to count because they only credited me for 1 scent not the 2 bottles I sent back-that I have no use for. Customer service keeps sending me the same email that they are waiting to hear from another department. This has been going on for over 2 months-over about $40-$50. Seriously. I think they think I will go away. What a horrible company-shame on them. Very frustrating. Don't order from this company!

HORRIBLE customer service. Website doesn't work properly when checking out for the free diffuser w/oil subscription. I have spoken to 4 people in the past week and no one has helped me or answered any questions. The last lady I spoke with is rude and non efficient, probably reading from a script. She claims the problem that they have had on their website for the past week would be "fixed" by IT in the next 30 mins. I'm calling BS! Not that hard to afford good customer service for the cost of each of their products.

Great product, but customer support is non-existent. It takes days to get an email or call back, sometimes over a week. I somehow have 10 bottles of pro pods (all same scent) being delivered to me because their reps failed to cancel the erroneous subscription.

The worst bullying company I have ever dealt with . I’m at $400 two diffusers that have broken within three months . No one helps you . You can’t talk to a real person . Stay far away complete rip off !

HORRIBLE company to work with. They never do what they say they will do and I’ve had it with them. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription several times and then they offer free samples and a reduced price and a bi-monthly schedule. The samples arrived in a used, wrinkly container, and at least two of them were leaking. A few days later, I was charged AGAIN at the regular price. ZERO communication within the company itself, which causes lost money for customers. I could give many negative examples since I made my first order six months ago. I am so done with these people. I’ll also be writing a complaint to BBB. Stay away from Aroma360. I promise you will regret it if you try to do business with them.

If I could have given zero stars I would. This company and their "sister company" the Hotel Collection have scammed me out of almost 2000 since December. I got the initial package which took a long time - a silver cylinder, two oils and a candle. I liked the candle. Not 300 worth. I immediately started attempting to cancel - one co would tell me that I needed to speak to the other - then I moved. Aroma360 has taken almost 2000 out of my account, sent all the two tiny oil bottles to my old address - it is clearly on the receipts when I pull it up and yet, when I call aroma360 who is taking the money and sending the product to the wrong place they tell me that they understand and that I am owed a total refund but they need it to come from the hotel collection - who's mailbox (email and phone) are full. Finally spoke to someone from the hotel collection today and they told me that aroma360 owes me the money. TOTAL SCAM BEWARE DO NOT BUY. I am contacting the BBB, my state's attorney general and the police.

Fragrant is great. Howeve,fulfilled my subscription obligation, cannot get in contact with anyone to cancel subscription, going on 7 month keep charging and shipping.
