I am leaving a review not because customer service is terrible, but this company has products that are subpar and they want to not replace them when they are broken. If I could leave pictures, I would leave pictures to show you when there is leaking in the unit itself, there is a big problem and yet I have been tossed around and now I have to meet with a technical support person to talk me through fixing something. It’s only six months old. Scentiment just replaced defective product use them instead.

I love the oils but someone changed my subscription and signed me up for a 2nd one! No there is NO way to reach these clowns. They never answer the phone, won't answer chat and the emails bounce back because the inbox is full. What kind of shady organization is this??

Terrible company had to get the credit card company involved to cancel payments. I tried the subscription and last ordered in April 2023 now in June 2024 I got a shipment and charge at a much higher rate for a purchase I didn’t not authorize and now again 8-5-2024 they billed me again saying my shipment was on the way. I did not order I screen shot their site showing the subscription is cancelled I have email and sent chats with no response. They will steal from you and you can not reach anyone to resolve their on going unauthorized orders.

I wish I could give “no stars”. Signed up for their 90 day subscription. I paid for three shipments and when I tried to cancel future shipments they said the first shipment didn’t count toward fulfilling the commitment. Tried to chat multiple times without being able to connect after more than double their estimated wait time. Now on “Hold” for 10 minutes- long wait times they say! To make matters worse, I ordered 3 different fragrances yet all smell the same. Plus two of the bottles were defective! Don’t try emailing either. Their “form” wouldn’t accept my email! (Maybe because it is a .net address?)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Aroma360. After using the unit for just one month, it malfunctioned and stopped working properly. I managed to use only one full fragrance before the unit began experiencing errors, causing the second fragrance to be wasted. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my 90-day warranty had expired and that my only option was to send the unit in for repairs. They refused to replace the wasted fragrance, which only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, I was unable to leave this review on their website. It seems they have restricted the ability to post negative feedback, which only compounds my dissatisfaction. The lack of support and accountability from Aroma360 has been unacceptable. Given my experience, I would not recommend this company to others. If you're considering purchasing their products, be aware of potential issues and the unhelpful customer service that may follow.

I'm very disappointed with your customer service! The machine is not working and I made an appointment with your tech department no one ever called me today. also I'm not getting the scents that i'm supposed to get monthly. I have already paid more than 500 dollars to your company and all i get is emails from different people but no one resolves my issues. Basically bureaucratic excuses! terrible customer service. I regret this relationship so much. I will copy this on your google review page!

have. Both will be free but I’ll have to pay for the membership. The website seemed beautiful and company seemed legit. It took me 2 months to set up one of the diffusers. (Within a year we had to reset it so many times and it never worked properly and it never does). But it’s fine because one diffuser was more than enough for the space we have! I should not have gotten two at all. After the set up process I started getting the scent “my way” and I (and my team at work. The diffusers are for work) never liked it. I submitted the order for a different scent and forced it in the office but it didn’t work as well. We kept getting more and more oil that we never used. Now I have more than 30 bottles unused. I decided to cancel the membership so I send a request on the website in May 2024. It was never answered. Then I set up the call where a representative hang up on me. I sent 2 more emails. No reply. Another call with the representative- no answer. Another call request- no definite answer but I was able to get the link to Concierge team (the end of June). I requested another call - was told that I have to pay $3k and receive all the oil. I said I don’t need oils because I already have so much to use till the end of my life and can ever return all of it. I don’t need a refund. I just don’t need more oil. They told me they can’t help. Then there were more email (unanswered). 2 more calls (telling me there is no way to terminate the contract). I say I’m ready to pay for the diffusers! The ones they game me for free a year ago. But I don’t want more oil. I removed my card from their website and now they send me the product anyway and send me reminders I owe them the money and the late penalties. I don’t know what to do

Been seeing ads for them for a good while now. Decided to give it a try. Out the gate already one red flag after another. First the fact that within minutes of my order being submitted I get a random phone call and text message saying to call them to avoid delay in receiving my order. Very sus. Then, I contact them through their website to see what was going on with that, they tell me that my chosen sent is out of stock. Ok, if it’s out of stock, why are you still selling it and not at least letting customer know up front it’s on backorder or something UPFRONT. So I told them if they cannot fill my order in a timely manner then cancel it, all of a sudden those quick responses vanished. Look like this will be another disputed and forced refunded transaction with my bank. What I need these new companies to do is get their mess in order before they accept people’s hard earned money and have some level of accountability and customer service about them. I’d offer my services as that would fall within my background but I’m sure with issues like these they wouldn’t be able to afford my salary requirement to get them together. I’m sure they will crumble sooner or later. Update: order delivered today and still isn’t what I ordered. Ordered wireless diffuser and received a wired one and oil was leaking. Not even worth the headache of dealing with their sorry customer service to have them fix it. I just locked my card instead. They won’t be getting any more money from me.
