They are absolutely horrible. I wound up with two subscriptions. I have tried for months to cancel. Then the diffuser broke. It’s impossible to cancel with them. STAY AWAY!

Horrible company! Will create a subscription without your permission, will then have their sales team call you MULTIPLE times a day to try and upsell you. Once you find out you were fraudulently locked into a subscription it will take an act of congress to cancel it. Stay far far away from this company! I found great diffusers that work perfectly on Amazon for a fraction of the cost and you can find the same scents there as well. Save yourself the hassle of EVER dealing with this company.

I have 2 of the mini diffusers . Both stopped working within a year . I’m not even going to bother with trying to call them because of all the negative reviews . I wish I would’ve read them before I bought these . I probably have right at a $1000 tied up with oils and diffusers ! I just ordered 2 mini diffusers and 6 oils from Scentiment, and I really hope these work ! The aroma diffusers stopped diffusing and made a really loud noise .

Scam scam scam. Don’t even think about ordering anything from them! You will regret it.

The best advice that I can give ANYONE who is reading this is to stay far away from this fraudulent company as possible. The customer service is hard reach and their marketing is misleading. I would give this company 0 stars, but it won't allow me.

The products have arrived leaking. Packaging is horrible. Customer service is really bad. To get a real person, an appointment is needed. Live chat isn’t any better. The replacements they sent for the leaky product came leaking as well. My mail is damaged as well because the packaging is that bad. Pura is my new go.

One year ago, I ordered the small diffuser. I received it and was very happy with my purchase. A few months later it started making a loud noise. I contacted this company and they replaced the diffuser. After a few months the replacement diffuser started making the same noise. I contacted the company and long story short, the would not replace it again saying it is out of warranty. So that means that this expensive diffuser has a six month life? They offered me to purchase another diffuser the mini pro plus with an oil pod included. Soon after I received a phone call from a woman who was trying to upsell me to their oil subscription/warranty. I asked her how long do I have to subscribe? She wouldn’t answer that. She just kept talking over me. Finally I got it out of her that it was for 36 months. No thank you!!! She hung up on me. I emailed this company and told them I will not be replacing this item and I am done with them. I will be looking to purchase a similar item but I will research the quality of it before I buy.

I have this membership since March 7th and the last 2 months they send a leaking oil and it was all over the device. And now the device it's not working anymore. I tried to cancel with them but they said I need to wait the 90-day commitment (MY FIRST PAYMENT WAS MARCH 7TH AND TODAY IS AUGUST 7TH!) and they don't want to cancel! I wasted 2 times buying this leaking oils and I am not receiveing any help of them.
