DON'T DO IT!!!!

ZERO STARS! Diffuser never worked & customer service would not respond with troubleshooting. Within 1 day the entire bottle of oil would be sitting inside bottom of diffuser & never misted through diffuser. Placed inside a closet and it would not scent even a tiny space, only the spilled oil scented very lightly inside closet. Original order came with bottle of oil that had spilled over half inside shipping bag. Ordered another bottle of oil to see if something was wrong with bottle of oil with no success. Unable to return diffuser to company for being faulty because it was “ used” so now I receive oil for 3 months from Aroma 360 for a diffuser that DOES work from Amazon! I’ve tried different oils now & the Amazon ones scent so much better than Aroma360 oils. Garbage company, terrible customer service, terrible product and you are LOCKED IN and you WILL PAY for the diffuser, do NOT go for the “FREE DIFFUSER” gimmicky sale. This is a trash company with a gimmick product. So much better quality products out there that actually work for a fraction of the cost! Don’t buy in to this company

They will keep charging your card and stealing money from you. Fraud company. Don’t buy from them. Very very corrupt.

Run as fast as you can. Four diffusers later. One broke after 2 mos The other after 10 mos and overheated it almost caused a fire. They call and call and call and they want money more money. Zero customer service. They need to be shut down.

All I can say is horrible. They took my money for the family plan and never sent the diffuser but sent oil for it. It Took two months with over 30 phone calls text and emails to finally get the diffuser. I wanted to cancel but they told me I can't. I have to keep it for three months. I am tired of calling getting transferred and then disconnected or told they will have to get back to me. I called to cancel and they tried to upsell me. I am beyond angry and frustrated when I go online to change my oil scent or to cancel it says I don't have any orders and no subscriptions yet they take $110 a month out of my account for the two little bottles of oil. The diffuser was supposed to be free and yet I paid $149 upon ordering and then $109 a month after that for the oil. This company is beyond horrendous. All I can say is do not get involved with them I wish I would have checked before I did, and as far as their product goes, it doesn't even cover a large bedroom. Don't waste your money.

I have been trying to contact this company to cancel my subscription with no responses. I’ve called, chatted and sent emails and no response. That’s bad customer service

Don’t, don’t waste your money specially in their perfume, if’s smell so cheap after you wear it, changes after while, cheap bottle, and you can’t get your money back even after hours of purchase, also they are not posting any negative reviews on their website so I decided to put it in google may it help others(I bought mine from galleria mall Houston texas) stay far away

It totally was SCAMED by the sales Person who told me that they had a special for 12 months $119 a month But electronically signed me up for 36 months.Very tricky never disclosed anything. It's outrageous that they charge you for 36 months $3000. When I went to talk to a manager they did not care that their sales person swindled me into the salle And of course there already gone from the company,They would not let me out of the 36 agreement...i feel totally scammed For that contract The machines work okay Not that great for as much as they charge. Totally regret purchasing anything from Aroma360
