Absolutely the worst customer service. They harass you and try to force you into subscriptions. They try to upgrade you on units. I just received my unit. This is a fourth one I’ve ordered. It had no suction line for the oil to attach to so that it could diffuse the freshener….. no outlet cord and of course you can’t get anyone to call you back.

Ordered a scent diffuser was notified after order was placed right before they were going to ship it that the sense that I had would no longer work with the machine they made every attempt to return machine that I had paid for as hard as possibly could I went through about 10 people before I could get somebody to approve the return of a machine that was new in the box never opened two days after I got it Customer service charge me almost $60 for the return and shipping be very careful

This is hands down the worst purchase I have ever made. I've had issues since the first month of receiving and was told I could not return it but could try a new unit. After the third unit which still did not work I demanded a cancellation and was told I was outside of the return window. After spendings 2 hours a week on calls demanding the manager, I finally got someone who said I could cancel but only after I return all of their items which I did that same day. I received a Fed Ex confirmation that they received all of my items over 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing, I've called every day since then and have not had one person answer my call eventually receiving a message saying it's an extremely high volume call time. I am appalled that this company is still in business. It is hands down the worst I've ever dealt with.

Fraudulent company with no customer service. They make claims they can’t support. Do not give them any money. Do not expect them to honor any policy listed on the website. BBB complaint submitted for security deposit not being refunded as agreed.

Should be zero stars! I have been trying to cancel a family plan subscription for 3 months! Either I get no response, hung up on, and the latest was left on hold for 5 hours! Horrible fraud of a company and garbage product!

If I could give a zero rating, I would. One star is too much. I placed my order and on a "delivery," I received a notification. I immediately checked the front door, porch and my mailbox- nothing. The telephone number to the company doesn't work. You have to email. I did get a reply and this is the response- "We recommend that you check your mailbox and check with the neighbors to see if it was handed to the wrong person. Sometimes the tracking status is not updated correctly and the package typically arrives a few days after the delivery indicated. But we understand that exceptions can occur. If you have yet to receive your package within the next 24 hours, please let me know so we can take a closer look at it. Avoid this company at all costs. As soon as I placed the order, I got a call from someone at the company. According to her, the wireless version they advertise allegedly no longer exists. Also, the device I ordered is not suited for a 600sf space as labeled. They wanted to upgrade me to a larger device and “the program,” a 36-month contract. In addition to the additional cost, they require a $100 fee. I ended the call there and told her this was a scam and false advertising.

Poor quality, broke after 9months. Its not coverd by warranty, yet they are unable to fix it. They want to sell me another one. Horrible Company.
