My diffuser stopped working after 1 month I had a subscription for the scent bottles and can’t cancel it until 3 months so I’m stuck paying for $50 scents and they’re useless to me. I refuse to get a new piece of junk diffuser and waste more money. Don’t do it

The unit did not even last 7 months. I would never buy this product again. Oil is Very expensive and the unit starts to leak fluid.

HORRIBLE company. I’m embarrassed to say that this $750 product (free with subscription) just cost me $3300 to buy my way out of it, after the year of oils that I received in abundance…that I paid $160/month for…. There is no way to cancel. I’m the biggest idiot on the planet. The product itself is good. I could’ve purchased a car for what my foolish self just gave to these people. Awful. Beware! No wonder Fish tanker is wealthy.

They don’t deserve any stars. Worst company and customer service I have ever in my life experience. I accidentally placed an and tried to cancel within 5mins. This scammer company claimed my product is shipped 😳. I have to wait for delivery to return. Now they are refusing my calls for return label to get my over. $1000 back. Don’t got to them. Worst fraudulent company EVER!!! DO NOT buy anything from them. The diffuser came without the plastic hose, so my husband put one in. It worked, but it was not great for a few weeks. I threw it in the trash! Where they get you is with their crappy awful subscription! The only way to get out of it was to report my card compromised and get a new card. It was pure hell letting other reputable companies know my new #. The CEO should be ashamed!

I have the mimi diffuser and when it works it is fabulous. But it only lasts for a while and then it will not diffuse. I have reached out to the company for resolution but no one calls back from technical support or they do not answer the phone. Once you commit; then their customer service is horrible. Do not do this if you want to have to deal with constant repairs
