DO NOT buy from this company. I paid $400 for the hotel scents and the Mini Pro. 24hrs after placing my order I then had a sales rep call me and basically say in so many words that the MiniPro is not that great and tried to upsell me. I cancelled my whole order on the phone with her that day because the call just felt dishonest. They still shipped the order telling me it was too late to cancel and that the order had shipped. When I got the package I figured I would open it to check it out. I popped open 2 of the 5 hotel scents to see what they smelled like. They were not good at all. I contacted customer because I wanted to return everything and they told me I could not return anything if it was opened and that they would be "inspecting the order" once it was returned. I still have the email. I was totally shocked. To top it off, the hotel scents didn't even work with the Mini Pro I ordered. Didn't see that mentioned on the website nor did the sales rep notify me of this when she called me to upsell product. These folks are total crooks. I have never ordered something that I didn't use and couldn't return. I'm totally out $400. Writing this review so it doesn't happen to other folks.

Diffuser stopped working! Buyer beware, they discontinued the diffuser I purchased and will not replace it! A lot of money for junk...

The diffuser has a very short life span. The motor in the one I bought less than 5 months ago stopped working and there is only a 30-60 days warranty on it!! The agent apologized for any inconvenience, before he offered to sell me the $4k unit,( paid out over a 36 months contract )… 😄 Yeah right,… that ain’t gonna happen! Loll Live and keep learning. I hope yours continues to work properly for a very long time. 🙂

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Dishonest “free” offers. Horrible customer service. The shipping fee is ridiculous and the last 3 “subscription” (try getting out of your subscription- GOOD LUCK) refills I received were leaking and the oils smelled great in my mailbox- but none left for my diffusers. My mailman even laughed about his truck smelling nice. The oils pool up in the base of the diffusers and leak. PLEASE don’t give them your money.

Do NOT purchase from this company. I stupidly bought into the 1 year commitment of scented or for a "free" diffuser. After 3 months the diffuser broke and the kept sending me the oil. After I stacked up 4 bottles of the oil I called them to tell them the diffuser broke and they said "Oh, that's bc you need to purchase a commercial grade diffuser for your home if you want to leave it running all the time." And then they tried to get me to sign up for another year of oil for another "free" diffuser. Scam. Be ware.

Beware of this company! They tried to get me to sign a CONTRACT for 36 months that would have obligated me to pay over $4,000.00 with $750.00 in interest for three years. IF YOU SIGN THEIR CONTRACT, YOU CANNOT GET OUT OF IT! DO NOT allow yourself to be duped.

IF I could give them 0 stars I would. I enrolled in the family plan about 7 months ago and was charged immediately. It took about 1-1/2 months to get anything. 3rd address never gets the oil unless I call (takes 5 calls a month) and then they are hesitant even though I already paid for it. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen! One of the machines broke after 3 months and they will not replace. Says it is easy to change scents every month...it is not! Phone calls get disconnected, emails bounce back.....be careful before you sign up for their subscription!

Awful product!! First diffuser stopped working after 8 months so I purchased the newer model, which stopped working after 3 months. Had to cancel my credit card because Aroma 360 kept charging my visa for a subscription that I had cancelled. I returned unused, unopened product that they said were not eligible for a refund, AFTER emailing me return shipping labels. Every time I reached out to customer support, all they were interested in was upgrading me to a more expensive diffuser. AND they were relentless in soliciting me for 5-Star reviews every time they promised to resolve my issue. IT’S A SCAM, PEOPLE!!!
