Aroma360Reviews of aroma360.com

Not even 1 star. This is a scam to get you to finance over $4,000 on a diffuser while Lisa from Customer Service tells you to select the finance option and on the next page it will show it’s not financing at all and will show the break down for what I will pay versus what the company pays for oils. It was obviously me taking on a loan with 18% interest! I don’t know who I could contact to get this shut down and reading other reviews multiple people are already locked into this loan.

This company is awful. Their products break within months, customer service is a joke. The subscription promotion is a scam. I recommend taking a screenshot of your orders page because they will edit it and make it look like the promotion hasn't been fulfilled.

absolute scam DO NOT SPEND MONEY with these people

I am only giving 1 star but would give it a minus it I could. This product does not work! Ordered a year ago, we have 2. They only send you one scent. We have tried to cancel this product.

I just recently ordered the DaVinci 360 , paid for in full on the black Friday and order a bottle of oil to go with it in which i think a bottle of oil should come with the purchase. Next i get a email saying I signed up for a subscription in which I don't recall. So I emailed and told them that I'm not interested in a subscription and to cancel it. I get an email back offering me 30% off the oil and a free oil candle with my subscription. I email these people several times asking to cancle subscription. I never got conformation of this subscription being canceled. I feel like they are e trying to force a subscription on me. I called the number on line and the machine answer the phone and new my name with my number and said I will receive a bottle of oil with my subscription which let me know they have not canceled it. This is really frustrating. If my order is not canceled by the time that I receive this product. I will be sending it right back. This is a red flag. These people act really desperate and thirsty. They refuse to honor their customers preference.

The customer service is beyond awful. They speak thru script. They respond to emails 2-3 days later. The aromas are expensive.

Don't go down the Aroma 360 path. They are thieves and the product doesn't work for more than a few months. Don't subscribe as they will send you the same scent every two weeks. They need to be put OUT OF BUSINESS.

The product does not live up to its name and the CS stucks. They will have you on line waiting to speak to someone for hours. I watched the entire GMA show (2 hrs) and still no answer. I scheduled a call for 8:00 am/No CALL.. so disappointing.
