Do NOT buy from this shady company! They will lure you in with a "free diffuser", and then will lock you into a subscription which takes major efforts to cancel. The first diffuser leaked, so I got a replacement, which ALSO leaked. By that time, they were sending more and more oils and charging up my credit card. I ordered a body lotion from them which got squashed because they put it in a SOFT MAILER. I finally was able to return everything after four months of pure hell, only to be forced to hound them about my refunds. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my credit card companies to get them to FINALLY refund my money. Horrible company, and they should be shut down.

This product, I feel, is very deceitful in that you will love the scent INITIALLY, and then you will slowly start not to be able to smell it, but they lock you into a multi-year deal and won't let you out.

They should be sued I tried to cancel after a year my subscription credit card expired and I went in and set up another credit card now they turned me to a collector for the months that they did not charge my account Run from this company. They are crooks the product is terrible and smells like shit it’s not the same every time .. it’s not worth the hassle or money you will be very sorry if you sign up with them

It's one of those subscription scams that makes it nearly impossible to cancel and stop them from sending you products and charging you. It's probably their business model and you should be aware that they don't make it easy to cancel. Their website won't let you cancel, regardless of what they say. They're always trying to upsell you, a bigger machine, a package deal, but that just locks you into a longer subscription. Beware, the scents are not worth the hassle and any celebrity promoting this should be embarrassed to have their names and faces associated to this Miami-based scam company.

What a disgrace! I was curious about the diffuser, so I went to check it out. I decided I would try the car and Paris diffuser. THEN, the ambush began... nonstop phone calls and a lady who said, don't get those, get the whole house one and I'll refund the other purchase. I said I would only try it and she said you have 30 days but to try all the scents before making my decision. So, I get the Davinci 360 and try a couple, but then realize they are charging a FORTUNE and my unit doesn't regulate according to the directions. So, all the numbers that they called me from are no longer valid and the e-mails go unanswered. I ultimately decided to try the chat since my 30 days is about up. Oh, the girl never credited my account for the car and diffuser I had originally ordered. But they sent them anyway. The car one works occasionally And the Paris diffuser leaked and ruined my cherry dresser. Now... it appears I'm stuck paying for this for 3 years! It's embarrassing but I will have to go someone else to help me figure out if I can get out of this!

I wouldn't give them even a star. Absolutely scam, I ordered a bunch of reed diffusers, one arrived broken (leaking) and after a month of emails back and forth they sent me a gift card for $19 which is a half of the price I paid for it. Absolutely awful service and nothing but excuses. Don't waste your time and money on Aroma 360. Absolutely SCAM

Product stopped worked after 30 days. Customer service is horrible and wants me to buy a replacement. What a joke, Aroma30 (days it works)!

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had with a company. It is definitely a scam. I wish I could tell everyone I met to never buy something from aroma360.
