My wife ordered refills on the oil. They called her and said "It appears that you have ordered the wrong product" . Long story short they asked he to sign up for a subscription . she refused. The next day she receive an email that she had signed up for the subscription.

Numerous complaints with this company, but I'll start with a couple of positives. The small diffuser I purchased works well and a few of their scents have been decent. First, do NOT purchase their diffusers. They are literally just rebranded diffusers that you can buy on Ali Express for about 1/6th of the price. EXACT SAME MACHINES. Their markup is totally absurd. Second, when you purchase from them, they default a couple of order options to ON, both of which cost you more money, and you have to manually turn them off to avoid it. One is extra shipping costs which have proven to be totally unnecessary for my orders of oil. The other is to purchase a $15 "mystery gift". I ordered a mystery gift completely by accident by not turning it off. I emailed them immediately to cancel it and they replied that things ship too quickly to cancel. Sure. What I received was a $50 discount card. Cool right? Sorry, but this card can't be used for the scenting oils we sell, which is basically the only thing I need from them. My first order ever with them, I purchased a mystery item on purpose just to see what I got. It was the worst smelling room spray you could imagine. I think they charge you $15 to unload their poor selling items or to lock you into spending more money. That's been my experience. Mystery items are "final sale" - no returns or refunds, even if it was totally by accident, which they cause by turning that option ON by default. Shady way of doing business. I've tried about 8 of their different scenting oils. A couple are decent but most have been overpowering and off-putting. Some have hit the trash pretty quickly, which is a huge waste of money considering how expensive they are. I'm honestly not even sure I buy the statement that they are totally safe for kids and pets. The way the business is run, the terrible customer service, and the fact that they just resell cheap Chinese machines as if they are "luxury" products makes me think that they'd totally fabricate the safety of the oil as well. Don't bother doing business with this company.

I like this company and their diffuser BUT I bought two gift certificates and have never received them i ordered them on the 20th and it says they were delivered the next day....still waiting. Company I any says it is the wrong number or it was sent digitally. Nothing. Very frustrating.

My diffuser broke at about 3 months. They offered to “replace” it for $199,99, which is basically just me buying a new diffuser. Scents smell good, but the actual diffusers are pieces of garbage. Would not recommend purchasing. If you want the scent, buy your own diffuser, & buy their oil from the site. Do not subscribe. It is a complete waste of money. Customer service is awful. Scam of a company.

Damond John should be ashamed of himself for endorsing this product. We believed his testimonial. If you purchase the product with a subscription for oils - at $100 per little bottle - It is absolutely Impossible to cancel. I have called several times and they say they will cancel and then they charge me again. If I cancel my credit card they report as delinquent to credit bureau. TOTAL SCAM

Poor quality and every bottle of scent I have received except the first one has been leaking/broken upon arrival. My first diffuser has stopped working as well. Getting to customer service has been challenging. Not worth the hassle of the problems!
