Aroma360Reviews of aroma360.com

Ordered from them before reading these reviews, 5 minutes later I live chatted them to cancel the order as everyone on here said it was a scam. They assured me they would cancel my order and refund me however because a mystery box was added to my order I would only receive a partial refund… Fast forward 3 days and they have shipped my order, I got back in touch with them to ask for them to stop my order being delivered only to be told I would have to revive the order and then send it back to them! I honestly cannot believe company would operate in this way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This should have zero stars. After one year, it's not working. Customer support is useless, and I purchased two. They are both no good. They won't even send you another or make any attempts to have you send it to them for repairs, etc. They know it's worthless, and the cost of the refills is just as expensive. I would never recommend them or Hotel Collections. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I could give a 0 I would. This is a complete scam! It has all the good reviews on Amazon and I can promise you 100% they are fake. This unit is over priced and the technology is 1990’s. While it does sent your home would go through $600 a month JUST IN SCENT OILS to keep it running. It took my HVAC company 2 hours, 2 phone calls just to get the timing and amounts set. There is NO easy way to simply turn the scent on or off, you have to reprogram the entire schedule which takes 20-30 minutes. Buy a smaller Aroma360 product and you will see how it is garbage as well.

We purchased this device for our salon/spa and were initially very excited, as the scents were lovely and the brand had strong endorsements from celebrities on social media. Unfortunately, it has not lived up to expectations. First, the user interface is not intuitive and could have been designed to be far more user-friendly. More importantly, after just a year, the machine completely stopped working. Despite investing over $1,300 in the device and oils, we were told that because we were past the warranty period, there was little that could be done—aside from sending a replacement straw, which, unsurprisingly, did not resolve the issue. As a business that sells luxury products and services daily, we expect a certain level of quality and customer support to justify a premium price. Unfortunately, this product has not met that standard. At this point, we are left with an expensive, non-functional device, and I cannot recommend it based on our experience.

I have two diffusers. One never worked and the other one is so loud I can only use it at night The auto service is a rip off. Do not purchase

Scam company. I was sent two diffusers that did not work. I tried to have a replacement diffuser sent to me but have given up because although the company keeps promising to send me a new diffuser, nothing comes. I have even had mail notifications saying that a package is on the way, but then the tracking falls flat and shows nothing. It seems very fraudulent to me.

I ordered the Michelangelo360, but it did not work. I spent over an hour troubleshooting with tech support before returning it. When the replacement arrived, the box was covered in a thick layer of dust—unacceptable for a luxury item. Worse, the replacement device also did not work. That means I received two non-functioning devices. A company with best-in-class customer service would have covered all shipping costs in this situation. To be clear, I did not change my mind—I simply received defective products. After escalating the issue and trying to return the item they ultimately agreed but refused to pay for shipping or the taxes. They did try to upsell me on their most expensive device- the device is free but lock you in to paying for the oil x 3 years.

Aroma 360 Wireless Pro – Not Worth the Hype I purchased the Aroma 360 Wireless Pro during a Buy One, Get One Free deal in October-November 2023. Initially, I was impressed, but by January 2025, the unit stopped working—the motor completely failed. After some research, I discovered that using the diffuser for more than 4 hours a day on a regular basis significantly shortens the motor’s lifespan—something they don’t advertise. Had I known this, I would have reconsidered my purchase. To make matters worse, customer service refuses to take responsibility, citing their 90-day warranty as the reason they won’t offer any solutions. A product at this price point should last much longer! Save your money. If you're looking for a long-lasting diffuser, this is NOT it. Would not recommend. 🚫
