This company is a total SCAM! I originally purchased the mini pro scent diffuser, and the Paris hourglass diffuser a couple of years ago and absolutely loved the aroma it left in my home. There is no short story for this! They were ordered in December at a great price but took at least a month for me to receive. Everything was great for the first couple of months, then I started receiving my refills in the mail damaged and they would replace them after dealing long hours with customer service that needed pictures of the damaged items, ok no problem. A couple of months later after a trip I realized the diffuser wasn’t working. When I opened it to inspect there was oil collecting in the bottom of the diffuser. I contacted customer service after many attempts and they informed me it was past the warranty date even though it was less than a year of me ordering their product. The customer rep told me the diffuser I purchased wasn’t designed to be on for 24/7 that I don’t ever remember reading about even though it was labeled Pro. What they in turn did was try to upsell me on a larger diffuser, and throw in a bunch of extra bells and whistles in to now hit me for $100 a month for the refills. I said all I want is for my original diffuser to work properly. They even wanted to run my credit to approve me for the FREE diffuser worth $700 that they were offering me free with the $100 monthly scent refill subscription for god knows how long. After days and days spent trying to upsell me I asked why are you running my credit if I’m paying with my credit card? They had no good answer. I stopped the purchase. I let it go and then, Once again I made a grave mistake during the holidays to give it a second chance, I decided since they were at a huge discount again, and I had all these extra oil refills I would once again purchase the mini pro diffuser……I’m not lying when I say it didn’t last a month! I again called customer service once and scheduled a troubleshooting appointment and they didn’t call at the scheduled time so I couldn’t talk. I again reached out to schedule an appointment and no one called me on that day. I sent emails and they always say someone will contact me but I haven’t heard a word to troubleshoot my problem, however I constantly get notifications and calls to upgrade me. I’ve decided to just throw my new junk unit in the trash as to not need to deal with this company ever again, because although the scents are amazing, the customer service doesn’t even exist. Do not ever make the mistake of purchasing ANYTHING from AROMA 360!!!!

DO NOT under any circumstances enter into any sort of contract or plan with this company. They have underhanded practices, tell you lies to get you into a contract and twist your arm so that they don't lose the sale. 100% would NEVER use this company or Hotel Collection again.

I purchased a VIP experience from Aroma 360 with the expectation of receiving top-quality service, including a functional machine and monthly subscription oils. However, my experience has been the complete opposite, and I feel compelled to share the series of unfortunate events I have faced with this company. After purchasing the VIP package, I received a machine that was defective and stopped working shortly after installation. I immediately attempted to reach Aroma 360's customer service, but despite repeated efforts to contact them through email, phone, and social media, it took over two weeks for anyone from the company to respond. I was finally able to get the issue resolved after considerable time and effort, but this was only the beginning of my problems. Once the machine was fixed, I was told that I would receive monthly oils as part of my subscription. However, despite several weeks passing, I have not received any of the monthly oils I was promised. Once again, I have tried to reach the company multiple times to address this issue, but I have not received any response. I’ve sent numerous emails, direct messages, and even attempted to contact them through social media, but my efforts have been met with complete silence. Furthermore, I have been trying to cancel my services for the past week. I have written multiple letters requesting the cancellation of my services, but to no avail. It is evident that Aroma 360 does not take customer concerns seriously, as I am still waiting for a response. I find it incredibly frustrating that, after spending a significant amount of money on their products and services, I am now being completely ignored by their customer service team. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for their customers. Not only has Aroma 360 failed to deliver the products and services I paid for, but they have also made it virtually impossible for me to cancel my account. At this point, I feel scammed, as I have not received any of the products I was promised, and I am stuck in a service agreement that I am unable to terminate. I strongly advise other consumers to be cautious when dealing with Aroma 360, as my experience has been extremely negative, and I am left with no resolution in sight. The lack of accountability, poor product quality, and unresponsive customer service have led me to feel completely deceived by this company. I am hopeful that the Better Business Bureau can intervene and assist in resolving this matter so that no other customers have to endure such an awful experience.

I purchased a diffuser and signed up for their oil subscription and a little over a year later a component in the diffuser stopped working. When I contacted Hotel Collection they told me that their machines only have a 3 month warranty. But as a courtesy they will send me a replacement diffuser. Sounds nice, except I later found out that the bottles of oil I already purchased are not comparable with the new machine. So basically, they weren’t sending me a new machine to help me. They’re sending it so they can make more money off of me because when I asked how much the new scented oils are, the lady told me they’re over $100/bottle. Thanks but no thanks.

I placed an order on Aroma 360’s website for a Wireless Pro diffuser and shortly after received a text from a sales consultant named Mateo asking me to call, stating that one of my order items required confirmation to avoid shipping delays. When I called, he pitched their VIP package with a 30-day free trial. We discussed all the terms in detail — or so I thought. After the call, I was surprised to find a $115 charge on my account. This fee was never disclosed during our conversation. I immediately tried to reach Mateo via text and phone — no response. I then contacted Aroma 360’s customer support and spoke with a representative named John, who said they don’t handle VIP-related concerns and transferred me. I waited 15 minutes on hold before the system told me they were too busy and asked me to leave a message. I called three more times, each with the same outcome. This all happened before I even received the product. I had no choice but to report the charge as fraudulent to my bank. Aroma 360, this experience reflects a clear lack of transparency and an appalling level of customer service. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Last year, I purchased a machine and an oil subscription from Aroma360. The machine was heavily discounted—but it became clear why. After only using one bottle of oil, my husband had a serious allergic reaction. We contacted customer service promptly—within two months of ordering—to explain the issue and request a cancellation. Despite multiple calls, emails, and follow-ups, they flatly refused to cancel the subscription. We now have unopened boxes of oils we cannot use for health reasons. Today I spoke with what I can only describe as the most dismissive and arrogant customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. Zero empathy. Zero help. Funny how she can't find any of the documentation. This company is banking on consumers getting locked into a subscription they can’t get out of, no matter the circumstance. It feels like a scam—especially when you see the hundreds of similar complaints online. We will be returning all unopened products. How this is legal is beyond me. In addition, they asked for medical records which is not appropriate.

Aggresive, unethical tactics. Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Diffuser stopped working after 1 day! Have the oils that smell great, but can't use them with the diffuser. Customer service will not help, will not take your call. You have to leave a message and they still don't call you back!
