Great company if you want to be inundated with calls and texts. Received at least 6 calls and 6 texts in the 2 days after first order. Boiler room tactics. I cancelled immediately once I realized the situation. Took days to process the refund as their stop-loss tactics kicked in. Still haven't refunded the shipping fees despite the order not shipping.

SCAMMERS. They convince me to sign for a package in subscriptions for 3 years with the option to try the diffuser at home for 30 days with free cancellation during that period of time. Well, that never happened. I submitted the cancellation but they never processed it. I'm getting calls from a credit institution and calling their customer service every day.They keep saying that the agent assigned to my case in not available.

All positive customer centric words yet delivery falls way short. I have 2 units that are broken each as part of a subscription that’s been running for over 3 months. I’ve done the cleaning and diagnostics but they are still faulty. I just wanted 2 new units and to continue my subscription- their solution have a can with an engineer. AN ENGINEER? They give the units away for subscription and I was happy to continue that but oh now. I’ve now 3 months, no resolution and I’ve stopped payment. I also have other subscriptions which have all been stopped too so their loss of probably £300 a month. SHOCKING !!!!!!

I signed up for a membership but after receiving several calls from different sales people trying to sell me add ons (would leave voicemails saying I see something wrong with your order so I would call them back and they could sell me more). After the extensive calls received, I canceled so I never got to try their products. I canceled the membership and two months later they send me a shipment. So again I had to waste my time and call them. Ridiculous company. I don’t know how anybody would like to buy from a sleazy company.

Let’s start with the 20+ calls you get when you are interested in buying. Multiple days in a row. Then you answer and a pushy salesmen, Simon Dubois was mine, will claim it’s a short 10 min call, and shove contract after contract in your face claiming you can cancel anytime. You can’t. You bind yourself to $4,000 of oil and don’t even try calling that guy back, they couldn’t care less. Now your stuck figuring out how to navigate their multiple departments whom no one speaks English and every call takes 10-20 min even if nothing is accomplished. I tried elevating my issue to department heads and apparently I was never told I could cancel and fully was aware I signed up for $4,000 of oil! Who in the right mind would do this?! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUD SCAMMERS. There is a reason Google. BBB all have fraud alerts from this company. Even Google AI overview mentions it. DO YOUR HW and believe these 1 star reviews cause I should have and now I am one of them.

This company is the biggest scam along with selling diffusers that are nothing more than junk!

Just a fraud. Don’t buy it. It doesn’t work and the don’t respond to emails. Convenient enough there is no phone number. Also very smart to put a diffuser for free once you purchase 3 oils. As if the diffuser isn’t working you can return it and get nothing back but you can’t return oils as there is nothing wrong with them and you already opened them. lol

Item not sent with plug and cable to charge. Emailed and asked for one to be sent then they sent the wrong plug and no cable. The diffuser cannot be charged with any other cable besides the one they provide. So it's basically useless. Have been trying to sort it out for 3 months with no responses to my frequent emails for a proper cable or a refund. Terrible customer service. Terrible company.
