I have bought 4 mini pros in the last 2 years only to have each one die. They never offer a replacement. They just tell me to use the cleaner. Like the scents but the diffuser is junk

I never subscribed to this service and I continue getting charged for shipments. There's no where to cancel your subscription on the website. Do NOT do business with this company!

If I could put a negative rating I would. DON'T do it! They sweet talk you in to a long contract, can't cancel it they say. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They will charge the life out of you.

I spent £130 from the UK, after 2 months 1/3 of the parcel arrived and since then they been taking monthly subscriptions with no product. Fraudulent company. Do not buy. I will processing legal action.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered my car diffuser and it asked, what scent do you want, I selected My Way. I received the diffuser no oil. Call and they said, you didn't order the oil. I also didn't receive my $15 Mystery Gift. Do not order from this scam of a company.

I would NOT recommend Aroma360. Horrible service. Despite paying $140 for a product, I did not receive it. They informed me to get with the delivery carrier and the carrier return it back to the sender. Now the sender won't provide an update. AFTER THREE MONTHS? Are you kidding me? How long will it take to receive a refund. Any case, I am opening a dispute with American Express to claim my money back since they don't pay their customers back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is awful. First, their remote didn’t work then the machine didn’t work and then when I wanted to return the machine, they said I couldn’t return the open bottle of oil like really how would I possibly have tried the machine without opening the oil?? They’re such a scam and if you look, there’s nothing but complaints on them

Don't order from these scams. Once you have an issue, then you will keep receiving instructions and also they put you on a subscription without your permission avoid these scam bags
