Wish I had read these reviews. At first I ordered a small unit and paid outright. Then a silver tongued sales guy convinced me to buy the big machine and sign the contract. Turns out both machines trigger my wife's athsema and makes her really ill. They will not let me out of the contract under any circumstance. they want me to sign a new contract for two smaller units LOL.

The horrible cusyomer service again no one follows up no one cares with their faulty product

This has to be the worst company I have ever had dealings with I worked in retail for 24 years and customer service was what it was about!! This company has a good product but terrible employee customer service I joined in Sept and called my local store to find out when my Nov oil would arrive. In a really nasty tone said Nov I said of course I know that but I bought my last one a month ago and it has gone so I asked again when in Nov ,in a very nasty tone NOVEMBER .Like I said I do love the product but dislike the store so much They all have the same attitude so they are obviously trained to be discourteous I know just order online You are doing your company a huge disservice I have many Real Estate friends that were hopeful that this would be a lovely housewarming gift upon settling but everyone said absolutely not after dealing with such nasty sales associates. I

If I could give this co. a -10 review, I would. It is a SCAM. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the Vangogh with the 3 year scent subscription. The Sales person at the store in Jacksonville was either uneducated or was taught to withhold their exact 30 day return policy. After we ran the vangogh for a few days, i had a severe alergic reaction and could not breath, stop coughing and my lungs felt as though I was sufficating. Within a week my husband and I brought it back to the store. All of a sudden the sales rep said, oh... you cant return it at the store, you have to go online, create a case and call a 1-888 phone #. The sales rep didn't tell me there's a 20% restocking fee for the online price which is 2x what I paid in the store, a $250 activation fee, and a non refundble VIP membership. Good luck, hours and hours either trying to get thru or put on hold. A long story short, this went on for two weeks and I got no where after multiple phone calls. I documented each call, the reps name, the hours that I was on the phone, always promised a supervisor would call me back. Never did. I was kind and patient until two weeks in of trying to get this returned. After threatening to call the BBB and hire a lawyer, I got a response from a supervisor. I finally got a credit back to my cc card, but took a huge loss. After this, they nevr cancelled the oil subscription, and of course that got mailed out after the 30 days were up. Please read every review before making even the smallest purchase. They are the most unethical co I hav ever worked with. Shame on me for not doing my due dilligence before making such a large purchase.

Everything all the 1-star reviews are saying is true. Their customer service sucks, and they try to get you to sign a contract.

Customer service never answers. Chat never works. I finally got an answer after weeks of calling and they said a different department needed to help me and put me on hold again...for hours before I just hung up. They opened a credit union account in Louisiana in my name without my consent or knowledge and apparently, I'm now obligated to years of payments. I'm trying to cancel as my now living with me grandson has asthma and this gives him fits. Trouble is I can't get anyone to answer or contact me. I feel like I've been scammed. Do not get involved with this company. They open a credit union account in your name and apparently get paid thousands by the CU and you get stuck paying thousands for the "loan" you didn't know you have. They don't care, they won't connect with you once they have the money. This is a deceitful practice.

DO NOT buy from them. they try to convince you to finance but if you run the numbers you will pay a LOT more. If you send in an application (i did before i realized it was much cheaper to pay) and decide to BUY the unit then you can't CLOSE your account. i have called MANY times and been on hold over 20 minutes each time (i have a job so can't sit on hold all day) and i STILL Can't get my account closed up. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Buyer Beware

A -10 is the most accurate rating. How this company is still in business is beyond me. There needs to be a class action suit brought against this company. They lie 100% to get you into a contract then do not honor a single thing they promised you. Byer beware- if it sounds too good to be true, it is!
