I had a very positive experience with Kaon. We had similar tastes in scents and he helped me pick out some relaxing fragrance oils. Also he programmed by machine so it automatically goes off at the specified times.

I have been using the Van Gogh for over 4 months and my house smells spectacular. Equally important is the technical support I received from Marco who walked me through programming my machine. If you want quality and service, I highly recommend this.

Marco from tech is very knowledgeable about the equipment. He was very helpful. Looking forward to receiving my shipment since the well has been dry for about 2 weeks. He recommended ways to get the most longevity. He is the ONLY tech that ever called when an appointment was set.

I love my wireless pro, the car defuser and I also have the DaVinci360 my favorite scent so far is My Way but I have not found one that I haven't liked. My order was missing a few things and when I sent a text they got right back with me and took care of my order. I'm so glad I chose to go with the Aroma360. Love everything about it.

My wireless diffuser arrived a couple of days ago and so far I’m really happy with it. However, when it arrived the oil had leaked in the box and half the bottle was empty. I emailed their customer service and Vanessa emailed me back within minutes to offer a replacement bottle, no questions asked. 5* customer service so far. I haven’t had the product long enough to vouch for the reviews above but I’m hoping it works well for a long time.

Excellent customers service. I ordered VanGough360 and I have to admit, that I had some problems with it after a while of using it. Obviously, I called customer service department, and I had a pleasure to talk to Valeria Duran. She was just amazing. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very patient and kind. After many attempts to reset my Aroma360, we came to the conclusion, that I need a new unit. It came next day after I talked to Valeria. IMRESIVE! I have to admit, that I have spoken to the customer service representative many times in my life, and I never had better experience with anybody then with Valeria. Five stars is not enough. I am giving * * * * * *
