I have the wireless pro. The Pro Pod bottles get stopped up about every three to four weeks. The oil/whatever is in them seems to crystalize in the pipette. I manage to take the pipette mechanism out and unclog it but, for the price this should not be happening. My husband said this morning "I would rather have Glad plug ins than do this every few weeks." Not worth the price and customer service is not good, really hard to get in touch with anyone.

The actual concept is great but the actual product is not worth the money spent. My unit lasted about a year but now I have several bottles of scents that are of no use because the unit no longer works. When I asked about this, I was told they only warranty their product for 3 months. I will not spend another $300 to get a new one just to use the scents. My aunt has one so I'll give her my bottles until hers goes out as well. All the 5 star reviews are not from actual customers. Can't say where they come from but when a company representative says we only warranty for 3 months, they're really saying it'll only last about 3 months. Do not trust the reviews you see on their website. Go outside of their website to get true reviews. The scents are awesome but you will never use up one bottle of oil in 3 months. You'll start hearing a buzzing noise and that's when you know it's done and will not work anymore. I got lucky and mine lasted the year. But most people writing reviews that are true do not get 3 to 6 months out of their unit and paid a whole more than I did.

I bought my diffuser in July and last month it started making a really loud noise and stopped diffusing scent. I've emailed the company, and ran rubbing alcohol through it like they suggested but it's still not working. I was supposed to receive a call from support 4 different times and never heard from anyone. It's frustrating because I spent a lot of money on it! I can't seem to get help so now I'm stuck with an expensive diffuser that won't work after a couple short months of using it correctly

Waste of money. Spent alot on the diffuser and within a couple of uses it stopped misting/diffusing scent. Contacted the company and they agreed to send another. Few days later I received a USED diffuser! Apparently these things have a lifespan of 3000 hours so why would they send me a used one when I paid for a NEW that broke after a few times? I'm beyond pissed and would rather get my money back at this point

The oils smell great and the makes the house smell nice. My issue is with the subscription. I turned it off a week before shipping but it still arrived and I was billed at full price. The site seemed designed to bill you at full retail as long as they can. Damien should be ashamed of himself. Stay clear of this company they load you up with red tape when you call and offer nothing. I wish I never decided to do business with them.Consider your self warned!

I want to do my review with this company, they sell a product that is good, it is also expensive and one expects better customer service when it comes out defective, I like the diffuser and it only worked well for 5 months, I wrote to them thinking that it had a warranty and they explained to me that the It is only for 3 months, they give me an offer to buy a new one and I have been trying to buy from them for several days with that offer without results, it is not respectful with our clients, I wanted to buy a new one, it seems to me it is not ethical or respectful, thank you

The devices, other than the minis, are expensive so you're making a big commitment to the company being reliable and in business for a long time. Some online reviews depict the company as new and a little unreliable but I took a chance and purchased a $700 van Gogh model that covers 1800 square feet. Technical support takes some time to schedule but they know what they're talking about. So far, so good. My big concern is that you have to use Aroma360 scent. And Aroma 360 monopolizes the market on Aroma360 scent. The issue? The cost of a 500ml of My Way scent increased 14% from August to October. Is this a runaway inflation-priced product, a product that you have to buy to run the expensive machine you bought from Aroma360? Here's why I gave them a low rating. When I posed this question in their website rating and question section it got deleted from the website (I presume be cause it had a rating below three and they have ZERO ratings below three among the 12,000 posted--for real?) and I got no response from the question posed to them about this. They're being evasive and this should make anyone nervous about this company's integrity. I'd like to be proven wrong and will gladly give this product a higher rating but for now I'm scratching my head and wondering if I've signed up for a bit of a scheme.

My diffuser work very well for about 3 weeks. Out of no where it stopped working. Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing this product. Listen to our reviews. BUYER BEWARE product is no good!
