Absolutely regret the day I thought I wanted a diffuser and didn’t just get one off Amazon! Felt totally conned by this company. So confusing. Never even realized it was a subscription they are so deceptive these days. The second I made an online purchase I started getting phone calls and texts. This aggressive sales rep really tried swindling me into a 36 month $4k loan. Like absolutely not! I spent days contacting their support and thought they had cancelled it all out and I closed that debit card but that was June 2nd and here in Sept they start charging my account all these miscellaneous fees that totaled up to $196. I finally figured out how to cancel the subscription I didn’t even realize I freaking had and they are trying to charge an early termination fee??? wtf is this even? For an oil diffuser! I called Chase and reported it and had them put a stop payment on the company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF. Absolutely terrible company! And the oils make my throat and lungs burn. Not healthy. Made my eyes itch. do not recommend at all!

Thoroughly adversarial. I placed an order on October 7 and then wanted to ask about upgrading the shipping. I could not reach anyone who could help, and afterward I still could not cancel the order. On the phone line, the recorded messages told me to listen closely because the menu options had changed, that the call may be monitored for quality and training purposes, and that call times were longer than normal. I heard the same messages every time I called, so I found them misleading. Only some of the menu options lead to a queue. When I chose one that did not, the system texted me a link to the contact form and connected me to nobody. The contact form returned "Unable to save your request. Please try again." The order page has no way to cancel. A company representative then called me and asked if I needed help. When I said I wanted to cancel, he asked leading questions that seemed meant to talk me out of it. When that did not work, he insisted he had been trying to help me all along. He then texted me a phone number to call to cancel. It was the same support line, which sent me to the contact form again. He also texted me a link to the same form. When I called him back, he did not answer. As of October 7 the order still shows "Confirmed" and is being prepared for shipping.

If I could give a lower score than I would. SOOOO disappointed. Machine scents took forever to arrive. The set up is difficult and the setting are hard to see. Just weird....Forget about setting up with your furnance-that does not work. I want to return this but cannot get in touch with that department. BUYERS BE WARE!!!

Don't make the mistake I did by buying from them, they are worse than debt collectors!!!! 6 phone calls, 4 emails, 2 texts all to push more stuff..... said i didn't want the hassle and asked to cancel was told that cost money too. Nothing has shipped!!! Don't get scammed like me!!!!

No stars is what I prefer. We have paid on Time every month and do not receive the oils. The machine doesn’t work half the time, we stay on hold at least an hour when we call, sales reps are rude and not at all willing to help. This is not a company I recommend. Very unprofessional and lie to you but don’t mind taking your money. Run from this company!!!!

Don’t do it!!!! I was told I could cancel at anytime when I signed up. Now they are telling me I can’t. I have severe asthma and cannot handle the scents! They said I need to get a letter from my physician. Seriously!!!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!!!

AWFUL customer service. I literally feel like this company is a scam….

Extremely shady business practices. I would strongly warn anyone considering Aroma360 to stay away from their subscription. My wife signed up receiving 50 mL bottles, and they later reduced them to 30 mL while charging her the EXACT same price. When she questioned it, they basically hid behind their subscription terms. It gets worse when you try to cancel. When my wife mentioned canceling because she was unhappy, they became aggressive, told her she could be charged the full remaining balance of the subscription, and even brought up sending it to collections. A company shouldn’t have to trap unhappy customers in a subscription and threaten them with collections to keep them paying. Reducing the product by 40% while keeping the price the same only made the entire experience feel even more deceptive. Read EVERY word before signing anything with Aroma360. Based on our experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
