WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Can never get anyone on the phone. Chat always says ‘no representatives available’ they tell you to email but no one responds! Ugh. They owe me $400 in returned un opened products that I returned 6 weeks ago. They have my money and products I purchased. I cannot get anyone to respond to give me an update. THEY ARE THRIVES and the whole company is a SCAM based on subscriptions!

Just google 'Aroma360 scam' and it tells you all you need to know. My exact experience. Seems to be their business model. Buyer BEWARE!

Do not let them full you. Do not sign anything, any contracts. Do not give your credit card information until you see and read the contract. I did not signed the contract. I told them be sure you don’t change me for it. I read your contract and I decided not to buy the system. My credit card came yesterday with a charge of $ 99 dollars from them. I have to call the company tomorrow and also my credit card. There are so many complains that maybe what this company needs it’s an action lawsuit.

Read the BBB reviews and complaints before you sign anything!! ** They might not claim to be a scam, but they certainly make customers feel like they are part of one.** I had a challenging experience with Aroma360 regarding the cancellation of my subscription. Despite canceling within the allowed timeframe and receiving confirmation from their automated system, I continued to receive charges and conflicting emails from customer service. I was so lucky to get the email of the Compliance Director of Aroma 360 and I'm not sure if that is what caused Aroma360 to reach out so fast, but a supervisor called me to investigate my case, and confirmed that I had properly canceled. She was professional and provided written confirmation, which I appreciated. However, the overall process was exhausting and stressful. I lost sleep, spent hours gathering evidence, and had to contact attorneys and others in similar situations. While the supervisor was helpful, Aroma360’s customer service needs significant improvement to prevent other customers from facing similar difficulties. There are so many people going through a similar situation. There is even a YouTube video of a news story that covered a similar situation from two years ago. Their oils and diffusers are truly amazing, but their customer service is terrible.

Interesting how Aroma360 has a 5 star review on their website, and a 2 star (at best) rating everywhere else. We bought a small studio diffuser just to try it out. Loved it! So, we bought nearly $500 in oils! 6 months later, the diffuser IS SO LOUD, IT SOUNDS LIKE A WOOD SHOP SAW! We've followed the cleaning and reset instructions MANY times. The last advice was "Avoid running it for more than 8 hours a day to preserve the motor." What's the point of having a oil diffuser if you have to turn it on and off every day? A $6 glade plugin runs 24/7. What a waste of $500. :(

Beware of deceptive sales practices! I purchased an Aroma360 diffuser and prepaid oil plan after being told I’d need monthly refills. In reality, my system uses about less than a 10th of the oil that is shipped, so I was oversold and can’t cancel the extra shipments. The expected usage was never clearly disclosed. The sales and subscription tactics are deceptive. Make sure you verify usage and get terms in writing before buying.
