I ordered some items on the site, then a sales rep sold me on a membership which I really did not want. The DaVinci device does not work! the mini pro does not work. Neither filled the room after turning up "full blast". We were within the 30 day trial period and I had to email 4 times and call twice to even cancel. Then I had to fight for another week to return there crap devices and get my money back. Its a scam guys, don't fall for the hype, there are much better products on the market that dont try to lock you in to a membeship scam with overpriced oils. Dont do it!

Have used the VanGo machine for a year and a half. It smells awful now. Have tried everything on earth to get small out and nothing works. They refuse to send me a new machine even though I'm supposedly a VIP and everything is supposed to be covered. They sent me oils I didn't order and when I sent them back to exchange them this last time, I have not received the replacements. It's my own fault. I got suckered into a contract. They won't let me out of it. I guess, I'm out $1,500. Don't fall prey to this company like I did!

I did like the product initially but I had one unit just leaking like crazy, I had one service call and supposedly the defect was the bottle; so they sent me another bottle of scent. It still leaked like crazy but I found a way to clean it and 2as able to use ok. But then my other unit quit working. I don't have them to put in service calls every month. The only way to get anything done is thru phone calls and I had a heck of a time expressing my concerns. I have emailed 5 times to cancel and called twice and they still charged me the next payment. They keep saying the cancelation has to be approved and I have also been told to reach out to other departments. This should not be this hard. Very frustrating, I was recommended this to my clients, but no longer :( Ridiculous customer retention! Do better!

This is a reasonable product, in it's own right, but above all - Beware! Purchasing includes a subscription for fragrances that cannot be cancelled, because customer service links don't work. However, you can try to cancel the payments through your bank. Additionally, I'm not certain that this item has been properly researched for use with the UK power supply. The manual clearly states that the unit is for 110v, but the device does arrive with a charging base operating from a USA plug that states 110v - 240v input. However, the plug gets quite hot when used with a UK 2:3 pin adaptor, raising concerns about possible fire risk. We don't leave it charging overnight. As already highlightedAroma360's customer service links don't work. 7 emails to the company to query the above have thus far been ignored. Subscriptions to renew the fragrance oils are embedded in the purchase process but the "cancel subscription" link does not work. The unit arrives with a number of disclaimers about the charging pod's compatibility with various units and the type of fragrance bottle to use. With so many questions arising from the marketing of this product for the UK, good customer contact provision must surely be essential?

Love the fragrances and diffuser, however the customer service is the worst!!! They have double billed me numerous times and trying to talk to customer service is pretty much impossible. Would never subscribe again. Will buy from Amazon or brick and mortar store.

We have used Aroma360 in our home for the past 4 years (installed through our HVAC system). The reason I give them two stars is that they are constantly changing the scents that are available. We buy several scents at a time, end up loving 2-3 of them only to find that when we go to re-order they are no longer available! I could understand if this happened occasionally because a scent wasn't popular/was discontinued. This, however, has been going on for 4 years!! I'm sure there has to be a more consistent home scenting company out there....

Great concept but poorly executed. The Van Gogh model is tedious to operate with an unnecessarily complex interface for set up and adjustments. Most significantly though is that the oil provided does not come close to lasting a month, as advertised. The only way to stretch it is to trim down the settings to where the diffuser is barely effective. Or of course, buy more oil, which is likely the point in the first place.
