This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They flood your phone with calls, but once they get you hook, line, and sinker, they are never available for calls whether it’s related to billing, returns, troubleshooting, etc. I can’t wait for my deceptive contract to end. I will never order from them again.

I am so frustrated with Aroma 360. Aroma 360 will not be happy with the review I will be sending to Facebook and other REVIEW SITES. This is the second scheduled appointment t that I have been given and I have not received not one scheduled call. I was given on the first of last week which I didn’t like being put off that long; however I was given an appointment for this morning between 10:30 am and 11 am but did not get a call at all but got this text saying they tried contacting me. That is a contact straight out untrue. I was waiting by my phone during that time waiting in the call. They said they called which was not true because all day long I did not get one call out of my area code which is 478. So I know that was not true because I should have had a call out of my area code but I did not have one. When I contacted Aroma around 3:30 pm today Patricia told me someone would FaceTime me at 5:30 pm to see if I had all my setting correct. I rushed home early from work to take the FaceTime call. Again! No call from Aroma360 Customer Support. I am so tired of Aroma360 telling me anything. I am ready to blast Aroma360 all over the Internet and Facebook on every ad I see to let everyone know that Aroma 360 does not stand by their products. You purchase the products and cannot get not customer support at all from no one. I can call to purchase a units and someone will pick up the phone right away; however when asking for customer service support and scheduling an appointment you can got even get a call back as promise. I am fed up with Aroma 360 and all the promises they have made and have not stood firm on any of them. This is poor customer support I don’t care how busy you’ll are. If I don’t hear from someone in the morning I will start copying and pasting these post everywhere I can find a place to post because this is just called for. I am responding to your text because you did not tell the truth about you tried to call me when you know you didn’t. I can send you my call log to show proof you did not even try to call me. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Aroma360 customer service. On May 5, 2026, I requested for my subscription to be paused for two months. Despite making that request in advance, I was still charged on May 20. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, I spoke with a representative named Baldwin. Unfortunately, the interaction became very unprofessional and stressful. I repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor — at least 30 times during the call — but Baldwin continuously refused to transfer me and insisted that he was the only person who could help me. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, he argued with me throughout the call, interrupted me repeatedly while I was explaining the situation, and asked inappropriate questions such as, “What did I do to you?” I made it clear several times that this was a professional customer service call and asked him not to speak over me. He eventually placed me on hold and later stated that the supervisor was in a meeting and unavailable. The entire experience lasted close to two hours and was completely unacceptable. I am requesting: A review of the recorded call Proper escalation to management Resolution regarding the unauthorized subscription charge Additional training for customer service professionalism and escalation handling Customers should not have to argue for hours just to speak with a supervisor or resolve a billing concern.

First, they constantly badgered me to go with the subscription model, but they won't tell you the details unless you specifically ask. 36-month commitment, and the oils are very expensive. Secondly, the return policy is downright awful. They will only refund if the product is unused AND is sealed in the original package. In other words, forget about actually trying to use it to find out whether you like it. Third, their customer service is awful. When I attempted to return, they forwarded my e-mail to tech support, even though I was clear in my request. Stay away! It's a terrible company.

We purchased this diffuser and several scent cartridges. It worked well for two days that I used it, I waited till we had guests over. The third time we went to use it, the diffuser would not turn on. Completely broken. We took it back to our local aroma360 store. The rude salesperson at the store told us that they can not repair it and would not replace it since we did not purchase an oil subscription at the time of purchase. Absolutely no attempt to provide service and stand behind their defective product. Complete waste of money!

I was originally happy with our experience but my my diffuser broke and when I called for help I was transferred to a few departments and ended up in the 'VIP" department. The woman who answered said she is in the VIP department and "she doesn't deal with the little trinket that I have" and "only deals with the large machines she places in the hotels". Guess they don't care about those consumers who are purchasing the day to day diffusers...way to make the people buying your product feel small.

This company does not deserve any stars!!! Unfortunately they don’t care. Do not buy from this company. Smells great in store and that is how they get you. Their machines are terrible. The buttons are so sensitive that if you bump one it throws off the whole machine and it stops working. I have taken my machine in multiple times. Forget customer service. It does not exist. We paid $2000 today just to get out of our contract and we have been paying for a year and a half. The bleeping machine doesn’t even work. All I wanted was a replacement for the stupid thing .Customer service is supposed to call me on MAY 20TH. What the actual hell.
