Horrible! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Please read reviews and BBB site, and Facebook groups for these scammers! They continue to charge your card even though you canceled account, never get your refunds, make it hard for customers and credit card companies to block charges! They claim you have a 3 year contract when there was never a contract, they do not return emails or calls!!! This company is scamming and stealing from people! Do NOT fall for their trap! RUN!!!!!

If I were rating the product alone, I would give it four stars. The product quality is very good, and I’ve enjoyed using it. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been severely impacted by the company’s customer service, which is why I’m giving only one star. Getting in touch with a representative is extremely difficult. Reaching someone by phone is nearly impossible, and the chat system requires navigating multiple pages and often involves a long wait before connecting with a real person. I also sent several emails and received only generic responses that did not address my concerns. The subscription management system is equally frustrating. One of the main reasons I subscribed was to try different scents each month, but changing products is unnecessarily complicated. The company does not offer many of the 30 mL options and instead seems focused on pushing customers toward larger bottles that cost over $100. While the product itself is high quality, the pricing feels somewhat inflated, and the poor customer service and difficult subscription management make the overall experience disappointing

"Do not buy from Aroma360! I entered into a 3-year contract in March 2024 paying $129 a month, and it is the worst product I have ever purchased. The equipment is fundamentally defective. Over the last two years, I have had to get 4 separate replacement machines because they constantly stop working. The 3rd replacement arrived completely broken right out of the box! Their customer service is garbage. I have spent hours on hold, once waiting over 90 minutes for tech support just to be told they couldn't help and could only schedule an appointment. Save your money and stay far away from this company!"

I saw the comments on this site after I purchased. Audio record every phone call, tell them you are recording- email your sales agent, their manager and the customer service and concierge email every day with written requests to cancel. Do not let them transfer you to a manager or convince you to wait for a call back. RECORD EVERYTHING. As soon as I told them I had recordings they agreed to refund. I still had to request and dispute charges they did not refund. There’s a reason Amex doesn’t work with them. Tell your friends - find them on TikTok and post comments. They have muted me but we can spread the word on their deceptive practices. The sad thing is - if they actually were more customer focused, they’d make so much more but they are all shady.

If there was a ‘0’ rating I would have given that. Absolutely the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I signed up for a one year contract and they’re saying it’s for three years. I would never sign up for that length of time. I have asthma and don’t even have a machine any longer. The outsourced call centre are useless. I have never been so appalled at a company’s dishonesty it reminds me of the call centre in the movie ‘The Beekeeper’. Dishonest!

Be aware! My order was never delivered, customer service didn't react at all. Thanks to PayPal I got a refund.

An absolute scam. Does it smell good sure... Do they tell you that your locking into a $5,000 dollar contract that you have no way of cancelling?No. Customer Service is appalling, they don't return calls. I have tried to get intouch with a manager for the last month and have not received one call back. Not worth the money, there are plenty of alternatives at a cheaper cost with flexibility.
