I have been a long time customer and I have had enough of being taken advantage of. They suck you in and you’re on this major and expensive plan where you pay for and receive more fragrance than you could use until the end of time. Now they have decided to send a different fragrance because they’re out of mine. I DO NOT like any of their fragrances except escapade and I s impossible to talk to a real person to fix it. If I ever get off of this roller coaster ride of being taken advantage of I will NEVER deal with aroma 360 again.

I am filing this complaint due to deceptive sales practices, an inaccurate financing application, and Aroma360's failure to provide a product that can be installed and used as represented. During the financing process, the representative completed the application while I was on the phone. I was not given an opportunity to review it before signing. Although I accurately provided my income, I later discovered the application listed my monthly income as approximately $14,000, which is substantially inaccurate. I was pressured to sign immediately and told I would lose the pricing if I delayed. After delivery of my Museum360, I contacted multiple HVAC contractors, all of whom advised that installing the unit would void my HVAC manufacturer's warranty. As a result, the product cannot be used as intended. I immediately contacted the Concierge team for help finding an installer, but they never provided a meaningful solution. For months, I sent emails and repeatedly called, often sitting on hold for more than 30 minutes without reaching anyone. On May 11, 2026, I requested a final resolution: cancel the agreement and allow me to return the unit. After nearly 60 days and multiple follow-ups, a manager called and offered to replace my Museum360 with a VanGogh 360 and two smaller standalone units that do not require HVAC installation. I finally believed the issue was resolved. Less than 24 hours later, I was informed that management had denied the very solution their manager proposed. I am now expected to continue paying thousands of dollars for a product that cannot be installed or used as represented, despite making every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly. I believe consumers deserve accurate financing documents, truthful sales representations, and products that can actually be used as intended. After exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter directly with Aroma360, I was left with no choice but to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies. I am also consulting an attorney regarding my legal rights. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to do thorough research before moving forward.

Terrible customer service and even more terrible product. After trying the original product and being happy with it, I opted in on the subscription and got the large unit. It stopped working within months. I have been fighting with them for 10 months now to replace the machine. Clearly a breach of contract, yet they will not let me out of it.

Absolutely terrible company. They sold me a diffuser that never worked and a scent oil that wasn’t even compatible with it. After four months of calls, they admitted it was their mistake and promised a replacement three separate times but never sent anything. They just kept making empty promises. Now I’m left with a useless diffuser and a scent oil I can’t use. Complete waste of money and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away.

I am writing to formally document my experience with Aroma360 and the significant difficulties I have encountered in attempting to cancel my agreement. After purchasing what I believed to be a diffuser, I was contacted by an Aroma360 sales representative and persuaded to enroll in a VIP financing program. It was not until after reviewing the agreement in detail that I realized the total financial obligation exceeded $4,000 for a product with a retail value of approximately $599. I immediately became concerned that I had agreed to terms that I did not fully understand during the sales process. The very next day, making numerous emails and calla since July 24rth to now today 6/29 getting a phone being advised I would get another phone call to cancel.. another deception it never happened. I attempted to cancel the agreement. I contacted the financing company, who documented my request and advised me that they would notify Aroma360. However, I was informed that only Aroma360 could approve the cancellation. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact Aroma360 directly. I have called multiple times, left messages, and sent emails requesting cancellation. On one occasion, I spoke with a representative who assured me that someone would return my call. Despite that promise, I never received a callback. My repeated attempts to communicate have largely gone unanswered, leaving me with no meaningful opportunity to resolve this matter. While trying to understand whether others had experienced similar issues, I researched customer reviews and found a large number of complaints describing experiences that closely resemble my own. Many consumers reported difficulty canceling their agreements, poor customer service, delayed or nonexistent responses, financing concerns, products that were never received, or diffusers that malfunctioned shortly after delivery. Reading these reviews significantly increased my concern and reinforced my belief that my experience was not an isolated incident. I also became increasingly troubled by what appears to be a pattern in which consumers struggle to cancel before financing obligations become more difficult to reverse. I was informed that processing through the financing company could take approximately 17 to 20 business days, creating concern that valuable cancellation time could expire while waiting for the merchant to respond. I have acted in good faith throughout this process. I requested cancellation almost immediately after entering into the agreement. I have made every reasonable effort to communicate with Aroma360 and resolve this matter amicably. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and failure to respond have left me with very little confidence that my concerns are being taken seriously. Because of these circumstances, I respectfully request that my cancellation request be honored, that the financing agreement be terminated, and that I not be held responsible for charges associated with an agreement that I sought to cancel almost immediately. No response. Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate this review of my experience and respectfully still seeking request for a fair resolution.

Horrible customer service. You can not get support and try and cancel your subscription is a joke. I’ve had four diffusers and they are all broke. But rest assured I have 16 bottles of scent in my closer. I give this company a big ZERO. Beware
