Luxury nothing. VIP nothing. It is ALL lip service & nothing but well built marketing. Company has horrible customer service, they advise you to jump through hoops to prove you did not receive products you've paid for. They'll refuse to submit a claim with Fedex to be reimbursed for their misssing packages. I don't care how good a scent might be, NONE of the products this company provides are worth it. I placed an order, was supposed to be cancelled & upgrqded to a different difuser. Instead, they sent the first order, it was inoperable during first attempted use. Customer service never followed through second order "supposedly" delivered but even fedex stated they just need to file a claim as they dont have proof of delivery. Ive azsked MULTIPLE times on phone calls (ovedr hour-2 hours long) as well as in multiple e-mails foor them to stop billing my card for a subscription their app reguses to let me cancel, as oits for somethign i never received. They use manipulative business practices, company is deceitful and sketchy. Go buy your scents from bath & body works and save yourself the headache. I have been trying to get my concerns addressed/resolved for 2 months now. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. As another user expressed "The entire process was fragmented across multiple support reps with no ownership or accountability." i could not agree more. They advise you to call shipping, then advise a police report, they have to file the fedex claims but refuse to do so. they will nto answer about how to stop the recurring billing that you are unable to, they will not answer about how to get refunded for merchandise that isn't received. They do not care to resolve poils that come leaking, or anything for that matter. SH*TBAG customer service & accountability. This is nothing but a top notch "scam"

This company is an absolute scam! They lost our first order and opened up a new subscription. After mo this of fighting with them we FINALLY got the the subscription canceled. They so far have refused to refund the 517.00 dollars they took. We’re a small church and they should be ashamed of how they’ve stolen money from us.

There is no customer service. Been on hold for almost one hour and still on hold.

I purchased 1 thing and the calls will not stop. Its everyday they're calling me. I asked them to put me on the do not call list they obviously do not care. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING YOU.

I allowed myself to be convinced to upgrade to two Villa diffusers, one for my office and one for my home. I have spent the last three days on chat, text, phone calls and emails trying to get help hooking them to the app on my phone, I cannot get a reply or help and have wasted so much time. “concierge” customer service for “VIP” members is a joke! I am now in a three year contract at $300 per month with equipment that I cannot fully use.

I bought a diffuser that was on sale and then later found out that all the oils are being discontinued and you can’t refill them so the machine is useless. This was all told to me by the company's representatives. They have those diffusers on sale so they can have your number and upsell you! They tried so hard to upsell me. The customer service is awful and pushy. The representative also said there's no way i can cancel bc they ship out the product super fast. I also made the 1 time purchase vs. a subscription and they had my payment information as "reoccurring" which i had to stop.

This company is a scam. I am reporting them to the authorities. My machine broke, my oils did not arrive, there is no support channel. I have tried emailing and calling and never heard back. I went to the store in Miami they said they only sell products and could not help. I know many others sueing this company. I suggest we start a class action law suit. I will create groups on social media called "Aroma 360 Victims" and will advertise this.

No wonder my bank disallowed the credit card transaction with these scammers. They make it look like you are getting a deal on their scent diffuser (even though it is still priced about triple or more to something similar on ebay), then they want like $60 for a bottle of fragrance (I have just been re-filling mine for $4 each time buying scent elsewhere, locally).... but that ain't enough for them. Then they try and scam you with the "mystery gift" which is... wait for it... A DISCOUNT VOUCHER. They literally make you pay for a discount voucher. There is more though,... after all of this, you decide you don't want it so you just close the browser tab. Hours later you get an email with a 20% off code if you checkout the cart within 24 hours. This code comes up as INVALID of course. If you are still silly enough to proceed, then they add on shipping fees and other international charges which are about triple what they should be... another $50 or so. But wait, there's more! When this crap arrives, the scent bottle (in my case) didn't even have the little foam tube that allows the liquid to travel upwards into the diffuser. You can guess how the "tech support" emails went when I tried to tell them this and get another sent to me. NIGHTMARES OF STEROIDS! Just DO NOT deal with this place.
