Garrett Talavera was very helpful in providing the information we needed to make a decision on our building project. While we did not end up using Armstrong for this project, his attention and assistance means we will definitely contact him with the next one.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and support I received from Chris Sirhall at Armstrong Steel. He was very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. He was persistent but never pushy in following up. I highly recommend working with Armstrong Steel.

I wish negative stars were an option…. Attempted to erect a building for quite possibly the nicest woman I’ve ever met in my life in Cos Cob, Connecticut. Generic horrible drawings, missing pieces and fabrication errors everywhere. Items that were piece marked were wrong, shorted us on bolts. The eve strut pieces were missing as well as many roof purlins, and 5 attempts at contacting Lorelle? (Sp) went nowhere. Don’t waste your time or money. 🖕Armstrong

Hi Dave, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I took some time to review your situation. While I am sympathetic to your frustration, there are some things I have to point out. Because you are not our customer and were not authorized to manage the account by the customer, our ability to support you was limited. I really had to dig to connect you with this account. Additionally, while we are committed to customer support and quick assistance with issues, claims for materials must be brought to our attention within a reasonable time period (we offer a very generous timeframe to conduct inventory for this reason). Our records show that you attempted to contact Lorelle two times (with erection questions), long after the order was delivered. I don’t like that you had a frustrating experience but comparing your review to our records, your expectations do not seem to be in line with reasonable business practices. Please feel free to call or email me at 1-800-345-4610 or [email protected] to get in touch with any additional feedback or concerns. Client Advocates are in office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time, and messages received outside those hours will be answered on the next business day. -Andres, Client Relations Manager

Mr. Jim christopherson was outstanding in helping us get our quote on a metal building that we are planing to use to build a home. He was very easy to talk to and understood everything we asked for and gave great advise. He was able to answer all of our questions with great knowledge.
