Really good product I love it my car got very loud

The product shipped incredibly quickly. Beautifully packaged. Ordered it Tuesday and put it on Friday. The fit and finish is noteworthy. Their customer is on point. Checks all the boxes for me.

I called today because my fuel trim was too lean after installing the Arm Motorsports intake kit for the BMW F10 550I. I was shocked that after 2 rings, Ryan answered without having to go through any menu options and even more shockingly, he was American and understood what I was saying. Due to his product knowledge, he provided the solution to my issue which was just user error with the MAF sensor placement. After the phone conversation, the car was no longer running lean. Thanks Ryan for excellent customer service and solving my issue. Arm Motorsports, if you ever decide to hire a foreign call center to handle customers, that will be the downfall of your company. $1.50/Hr is not worth speaking to someone who doesn't understand context or English or cars.
