They do what they say!
Last Saturday night our A/C went out on a 115 degree day. I thought my chances of getting any help on a Saturday night were nil. However, Ilyssa Cohen contacted me even though it was 10:30 pm in her time zone. With her help, I was able to resolve the problem by Sunday, the following day. Special recognition to Mario, who was also very helpful. Don't use any other warranty company. Armadillo is the real deal.

Great service.
Quick connection to the claims team and they followed the claim through the process. We had our money in two business days.

Having had less than pleasing service from other home warranty providers, I was suspicious about the provision of Armadillo. I must say, as a landlord who manages their own rentals Armadillo delivered. My first claim with them was managed swiftly and professionally and their team reached out to me consistently and personally to make sure my claim was resolved to my satisfaction.
