The Arkadium Mahjong site is extremely unstable, with screen freezes, involuntary logoffs, and frequent failures to record hard-earned scores. Go somewhere else.

It has been weeks ofbeing patient reporting two types of pop-up advertising that prevents to escape from ruining games. It can take 3-5 minutes to clear advertising before returning to a game. And the other set of advertising I reported once minimized removes the opportunity to see the clock, unable to pause a game. Even though I reported as needed, I was advised go play on a different site. Well guess what that should not be an option and STILL these games are being driven by advertisements that are still blocking nd preventing game play.

I play ballistic, which I enjoy, until it starts slowing my laptop down and freezing the game. Once the game freezes, then my laptop freezes and I can't access other tabs, causing me to have to reset my laptop. As much as I enjoy the game, it just isn't worth the hassle it causes.

They encourage cheating. They power (Evening) Standard crosswords. I completed 'Daily' today 1/3/24 with a top 10 score but screen said I couldn't register it and invited me to PLAY AGAIN to improve my score - of course I would be quicker, knowing the answers but that isn't a fair contest....is it?

Greetings, unable to play after sign in

Too many ads cause the site to stall or glitch, so you can't actually play the games. Used to enjoy the site, but it's changed, too many tech issues to have any fun. Very disappointing.

Games keep crashing on any device. This site should be taken down unless it is used for torture

Crossword puzzles intermittently is covered with a white screen and some advertising, haven't been able to finish a puzzled in a weeks. I keep trying but have run out of patience. It used to be a great site...
