Great Customer Customer Service Response Time
Customer Service response time regarding my problem with the game Jewel Quest on AARP was excellent! Even though Arkadium could not fix the problem because this is not an Arkadium developed game, and they simply publish it on the website, Arkadium was helpful and explained everything very well.

Fun to play and help when needed
Fun games in many formats (card, word, token, memory, etc.) ... and help to solve the games if we need it. Wonderful customer service, in fact. I like to play games to give myself a break from other computer tasks, and Arkadium fills the bill. Highly recommended.

Arkadium Support Team
After sending a request for support through the Arkadium website, I received a promptly and professional response which addressed my issue and resolved it in less than 8 hours. I am very confident about playing on Arkadium knowing that their response time and customer service is top of the line!!

The support staff is friendly
The support staff is friendly, knowledgeable and aren't happy until the customer is. They took the time to make sure they understood the problem and checked back with me several times to be sure my problem was resolved. A pleasant change from some of the people I've had to deal with in the past.

Ads covering keyboard
I had a problem with ads covering the keyboard while I was playing a game. Very annoying. I sent a message to Arkadium support staff and was surprised to receive an answer immediately. Rodrigo offered a solution which solved the issue, problem solved! I am so impressed with their attention to customer service, they definitely care about their gamers’ satisfaction!

Crossword Word Check
The follow ups making sure my issue was resolved and the pleasant tone and knowledge in the email made me feel sure that my issue would be resolved. My tech was great with suggesting things I could try to solve my problem

Best Customer Service ever
The team at Arkadium stayed in steady contact with me for many days making sure I could get the help I needed to resolve my problem. They have exceptional customer service and don't rest until they are sure your problem is solved completely.
