HURDLE is a terrific free online game at AARP.org, from Arkadium. Very challenging and enjoyable. Like playing the (now) NYT Wordle, in “spades”! It’s like 4 Wordle games back-to-back with an exciting ending on top!

The customer support for this company is fantastic! I had trouble finding my optimal way to use the site and the support staff were patient and attentive. They kept giving me new variables to change to work together to find the best solution. They genuinely care about the customers' satisfaction.

Future solvers will be grateful!
Maybe a silly little thing, but I queried a clue-and-answer that I didn't understand. Was I missing something, or was it a slight mistake? Olga at Arkadium support took my question seriously and it turned out, yes, that the clue had been a bit wrong. She corrected the puzzle, re-wording the clue. Future solvers will be grateful! Great quality-control by Arkadium, keeping us playing!

The representative listen to understand…
The representative listen to understand what the issue really was. Then offered solutions that resolved the problem. If I were asked to tell others what kind of customer service I would want from any company, I would use Arkadium as a standard. Listened, focused on solving the issue, offered alternative solutions, stayed with problem until it was resolved. Very pleased.
