ArkadiumReviews of arkadium.com

Schlechte Seite. Spiele brechen mittendrin ab. Macht keinen Spaß mehr. Unnütze Werbung. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

I paid for a year of arkadium plus. The ads stopped for a few days and came back ever since. Yes, I'm signed in.

Ive bought 5000 gems from them, but they didn't deliver any money! I've tried contacting support, but they don't answer. This company scammed me.

Whatever you did apparently it was temporary. The game score is back to showing my highest score only!

the first issue I have not seen again. It appears to have been corrected. The issue I have now is when attempting to pull back the cue stick it reverses the direction of the stick and will not allow striking the object ball. Another issue it will call foul after hitting the correct ball and thus changing to the computer shooting.

Typically I do not write reviews, however the game crashes more than it's "up." It always takes me back to the beginning and I have to start over. I had 13345 coins and the level was 1751. It crashed AGAIN! I've asked multiple times for my coins and levels to be fixed. It hasn't happened. Very disappointed. It crashed AGAIN on January 9, 2025. You obviously have not helped You cannot keep providing me with lost progress??? That was your statement in an email to me. I DIDN'T CAUSE YOUR SYSTEM TO WIPE AWAY MY PROGRESS. I've seen many comments from people that are just as unhappy with losing their coins and levels. Your customers shouldn't have to be the "fixers" of your platforms. This has happened multiple times and it is no fault of mine....I didn’t break the game nor did any other players that experienced the same issues. I worked in IT for a very long time. It was my responsibility to ensure that our customers had access to their accounts and that everything was running efficiently. Not you guys....you want me, your customer, to fix something I didn't break! I read others reviews....they aren't satisfied either. So.....my only choice is to find another platform that does not crash every few weeks or months and if it does, they will they fix it. Today is January 21, 2025. It's been broken since January 9, 2025. Sincerely, V Quick

Biggest joke on the web, there are so many ads that block the keyboard and freeze the games it is ridiculous. Company is probably too cheap to hire someone that knows what they are doing. What a piece of crap

The game freezes all the time. A pop-up Verizon ad on the bottom of the page blocks letters and when I try to close it by clicking the X , it opens their ad and then freezes the game. This seems like a scam and/ or possible virus waiting to happen. All my NYT games work fine.
