I was having a problem with the AARP version of Word Wipe, my favorite word game, and I couldn't reach anyone at AARP to help me out. So I contacted Arkadium directly, hoping that someone there could help me. I promptly received an email by Rodrigo, who I remember froma previous contact, who told me that the problem should be solved now, and what to try if it still didn't work. I didn't even have to try it, because the game was working again! These days, you are lucky to get any response from a customer service rep, especially a prompt response!

I love Arkadium support. They respond immediately with an email and then get working on the problem. Usually within 1 day (2 at the most) they send an email stating the problem is solved and instruct me if there is anything to do on my end. Very helpful, courteous, and professional!

The staff response is the best! It took several days and I was working on the issue as well, contacting Washington Post. I assume they reset my link, but it's fixed. The staff at Arkadium games are always professional, polite and helpful. They are a great team!
