Great game selection! I've been playing Arkadium games daily for months. Lots of choices, and new games often appear. Ads aren't overly annoying, and graphics are great too. Recently, I ran into a glitch and sent an email about it. I received a response within a couple hours, and they were super quick to help address my question. I was all set in no time, and they even followed up a couple days later to make sure I was ok. All this from a game site that I don't pay a penny for?!! Awesome in my book!

Received an email replying to my question almost immediately. Then received a follow-up email to see if the solution suggested was satisfactory. I replied that I was having a problem getting the it to work and then received a further email with a more descriptive solution which worked for me. All in a very timely manner.
