Arkadium has always been responsive when I’ve run into a problem playing one of their games. I’ve had health problems during the time of this last issue, so I haven’t been able to be fully invested in the process of helping them find a bug. I don’t know how much it exists anymore because I haven’t been able to play as often, but I’ve found that, unlike a lot of providers of services, the people at Arkadium respond promptly and stay with an issue until they’ve got it resolved. That’s fantastic.

Everything is working wonderfully well now!!! Even faster than before as well! Thank your IT/support for such a quick response and resolution within 24 hrs!! I must give praise to your team! Other game sites do not communicate at all nor do they respond as timely as you did! I am so pleased to be able to play the Arkadium games, so challenging and are very fun!!
