The school reps answered my queries immediately and were responsive, which was a help. However, I found some of the discussions overly complicated and some of the test questions confusing, particularly in early sections. I had to make the type larger and the lines of type were too long--it was not user friendly until adjusted. Finally, there were many typos and slightly incorrect words. On the plus side, the tests could be retaken and the course could be easily stopped and resumed as needed.

After sending my license and ticket information I hadn't received any response. I call to see what is going on to find out not only was my session expired, but my information was found but was sitting in the spam folder. Thankfully the process to get a court extention was fast however this can really screw people over

Much of the grammar and syntax was really difficult. It is almost like the author was trying to impress people with their vocabulary by using really big words. Unfortunately, the word choice was often times inappropriate and left me puzzled as to why that particular word choice was made. This was true for the first half of the lessons. It is as if the course material was written by an under educated person just trying to make themselves look 'important' by tossing around random big words.

Some of the articles were long with TONS of information in them. I DO believe that all of the information included was important but I wonder if breaking them up into smaller segments and a few more questions on each assessment would be more helpful??🤷‍♀️ The entire process was well organized and easy to follow. It took me a couple of assessments to realize that I can go back after failing the quiz once and re-read the article to find the correct answers 😲🤪.
