Friendly Staff
This site is amazing! The staff was very diligent in getting a hold of me when there was a problem processing my order. We had the issue resolved & a day later, my package arrived. I couldn't be happier!

Did not understand
I ordered what I thought were 3 bracelets. What I received was BEADING for 3 bracelets. While I like the quality of the beads, I am not a "beader", so do not have the materials needed to make these into the bracelets I want. For people who do bead work, this would be an excellent source. For those of us who do not, it was confusing that the "bracelets" being sold on the website were only the beading materials, not bracelets. Since there is a charge for shipping both ways, I am better off just giving these beads away than returning them (even with the dire return policy). So I am out the money.... which doesn't leave a good feeling.

Hello Margaret, I just saw this review and I am sorry that you were confused about the products. I'm not entirely sure why you thought that you'd be getting bracelets, because I don't think it says anywhere on the website that we sell bracelets. Having said that, I want you to be happy, so please feel free to return everything you received and I will issue a full credit for the beads with no re-stocking fees of any sort. I do admit there is nothing I can do about the shipping costs to and from, but for my part, I would offer free shipping on an exchange of the beads that you received for something that does please you. Fresh water pearls 6 mm AA quality
Size of the pearls is mixture of 6 mm and many of them smaller than that. I could have two strings of the smaller size in the price that I pay for this one. I was hopping for better consistency of the size. I know that this is a natural product, but if is sold by size, this should be the case. Otherwise nice product and the delivery was quick.
