We love the ease of use of Arize allowing us to track potential emergencies and monitor our property digitally. We get immediate messages if any of the devices get turned off by tenants or if water drips from a leaky sink. I'd highly recommend using Arize if you own or manage a lot of doors. It'll make your job a whole lot easier. It's very user-friendly and they train your team for you too. Before we tried them out, we were literally spending most of our day driving around checking in on properties and it was such a serious waste of everyone's time and unnecessary expenses.

I really like how thorough their team is during every step of the process. They walked us through each step of the process and came on site to inspect everything to ensure that our setup would work and connect perfectly. So far it's been a really rewarding experience. Please keep up the great work!

We like being able to see a complete snapshot of our community and if there's any problems that requires our attention. It's very straightforward to add or remove tenants. There's huge conveniences designed specifically for the property management industry that can't be overlooked. Our tenants and prospects were surprised it took us this long to add smart home features into our buildings.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this also but after labeling our properties as smart buildings we saw a pretty big increase in inquiries.

Was referred to them from one of my friends, I'm pretty shocked at how convenient this technology is. This really does pay for itself although I wouldn’t have minded a better deal ;) Either way they look great in my properties and seem sturdy.

This is THE way to show your vacant units. We can literally have prospects tour the units while we're working in the office. We get them their access code to the unit and they check it out and the smart lock automatically locks itself and changes the code for us after. We've saved a ton of time so far and the best part is that we can do this remotely if we need to due to COVID.

Arize is very receptive to our requests for new product features or improvements. We really love the backup cell signal the devices have in case our WiFi drops out, we still stay connected and operational.

Arize literally saved me hundreds of hours driving around town checking in on different properties under my management. All I need to do now is login to the management portal to see everything in one place. What more is there to say
