Arize Smart ApartmentsReviews of arizehub.com

Having tested and compared several other competitive platforms, we considered Arize to be one of the simplest programs to launch and scale the development of our portfolios. Arize is continually improving its product and listening to its customers! It's feature-rich and can be easily launched ""out of the box."" Best of all, Arize has the best technical support / customer service teams we've ever had!

Was referred to them from one of my friends, I'm pretty shocked at how convenient this technology is. This really does pay for itself although I wouldn’t have minded a better deal ;) Either way they look great in my properties and seem sturdy.

I just want to start off by saying that I've been doing weeks of research for the best ways to manage my property from home. That's how I stumbled on Arize's automatic management system . I'll try to keep it short but their smart devices cover property security, smart door locks, smart smoke detectors and water leak notification. Its all bundled together into one system that I'm able to control from my ipad so I dont need to go door to door to my properties anymore. My favorite feature has to be the water leak detectors. I think we've all seen what happens when leaks happen without someone there to catch it. The only thing their system is missing right now for me is thermostat remote control so I can change and set temperatures during the different seasons but they let me know that they are launching that in a few months so I'm feeling very happy about my choice still.

they're very patient and had great ideas for what i needed, they were very upfront and gave me great package options. seems like they have a lot of other new products coming out soon that all work together

I'm very big on researching and finding new technologies for my business and personal use. The specs from Arize's smart system is very advanced compared to any of the others that I've seen so far. They're using a unique communication signal between the devices that's able to maintain a stronger connection and won't interrupt your community's WiFi. One of the biggest problems I see with smart home devices is connectivity.

Their property management app is easy to use
