I ordered a pair of heated gloves from this shabby company. It took over 3 weeks to get them. One cover on the battery case doesn't stay closed, and when I go to contact them via email, it takes weeks to get a response. I then find out that their warranty is 30 days from the date of PURCHASE, not shipment! Pure BS! I will never purchase another item from this back alley ran company and they should be shut down for mis-representation of a company! Close the doors!

Even though I had paid my account in full in Feburary, they still are taking payments. I even finally received an email saying its paid in full but they still took a payment today.

Literally cannot even get ahold of them, and now finding out they filed for bankruptcy. I've had multiple payments taken out twice, and when I ask to have MY money back, they tell me I have to go to my bank because they don't know when they'll be able to process my reversal. Stopped all payments to them until I can actually get ahold of the company. Stay away from the awful customer service and astronomical rates.

I JUST READ AN ARTICLE ABOUT ARGON FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION: In the beginning they were great, and processed my debt consolidation application immediately. Then last year they switched how the accounts were handled, and every since then it's been a nightmare. You can never reach anyone in customer service. When you call you get vm and asked to leave a message for what that is worth. NO ONE ever returns your call. The phone number to call them has changed 3 times since I have been with them. I have to call every month to find out why the funds are not being pulled and this has been going on since last year October of 2016. I just got off the phone with them again, and again was told some line of BS that their system is down. I told them to take me off of ACH and I'll make the payments, and now after reading comments I fear they will pull funds and overdraw my account. I wish I had the funds to pay this off and not deal with this company anymore. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Does anyone have any suggestions

I had a loan with the company and had to do a financial hardship program to help ease my Debt loaf after being out of work for 6 months. After all information was sent to them and verified with them that they had received the letters through email, USPS, and fax. I withdrew the rights for them to automatically withdraw money from my checking account. For 2 months they didn't withdraw any money. Well in December they electronically generated 2 checks off my bank account, which they didn't have permission to. I called them and they said they would refund it if I sent bank statement showing it, so I sent it in. In a few days I received a deposit back for one of the withdrawals, since then I have been on the pho e with them everyday trying to get the rest of my money back. Finally today they told me it would be after the first of the year before I receive my money do to end of year book balancing and that they wouldn't be releasing any money till after first of year, so I asked how they could distribuit loans if they wasn't releasing money???? They told me they got give loans they just couldn't do refunds. I have been dealing with this problem for 22 days now and No one there cares that you have kids to feed or that you are late on a house note because they took your money that you didn't have extra of and dont want to give it back.

I've had an account with this company for one year and a half they have switched accounting billing three times they have taken extra payments from my checking account over 3 times I have repeatedly made phone calls to get my money return back into my account they keep making excuses about investigating when it's clearly my checking account is showing that three payments have been taken and this is the third time they have done this

All that one can ask as a loan provider

Customer service is absolutely horrible, you are lucky to reach a live person and once you do they will be in "wrong department"(I guess the right department is voicemail, wich don't hold your breathe for a call back,I have been leaving messages for the last 3 business days) interest rates were extremely high, and trying to figure out how to get on their website is a joke. So, now trying to figure out how to contact them to payoff loan, leaving messages and have talked to 3 live people, none have seemed interested in helping me to payoff this account. BE CAUTIOUS if considering this loan service.
