Customer service is absolutely horrible, you are lucky to reach a live person and once you do they will be in "wrong department"(I guess the right department is voicemail, wich don't hold your breathe for a call back,I have been leaving messages for the last 3 business days) interest rates were extremely high, and trying to figure out how to get on their website is a joke. So, now trying to figure out how to contact them to payoff loan, leaving messages and have talked to 3 live people, none have seemed interested in helping me to payoff this account. BE CAUTIOUS if considering this loan service.

I got 3 calls from 3 different people asking me for the same thing. When I already did it on line. Took a week to get it done.

I applied and was approved only for me to find out that I was denied. I would think once they accepted your application that they would know if you were denied but instead you are approved and then denied. So now I would be leery food now on with online lending. Don't get me wrong I almost expected to be denied because I don't have good credit but I am working on it but don't give people false hopes. I wanted to pay off some things but since this didn't work out, I will continue doing what I have been doing to work on my credit.

I was approved and sent a funded email on December 14 2015. The very next day recieve another email saying that due to increase loan volume all funds were put on hold til further notice and I would recieve an update by January 2016. On January 3 I recieve a phone call saying funds were available and had to update my info. The next day they call me and say that instead of 3-5 it would be 5-7 to recieve funds. Here it is halfway through January and still no funds. Now they tell me they can't give me a date as to when the funds will be sent to my bank, hopefully by the end of the month the lady on the phone says. This company is unreal. I mean either you have the funds or you don't.

Baaes on delay in receiving funds it caused me loss and additional penalty. Wishing i has taken 2000 loan. Looking for loan to pay you off. Still have not received payment info either.

Very long process and very high interest that's all with many issues customer service

I never received an emailed copy of my contract which I called twice about and was told I would get an emailed copy per my request. I was told I would recieved my loan in 3-5 days and I did not. I had scheduled to pay things and because I didn't receive the loan in the 3-5 days I was not able to do that.

I received an email from you the morning of September 16, 2015 stating that my loan had been funded, and to expect funds in my account within 24 to 48 hours. Going on that assurance, I made certain financial decisions knowing that I would have funds by the morning of September 18, 2015. To my chagrin and horror, I did not receive funds in my account until the morning of September 23, 2015. As a result, I had over $200 dollars in NSF fees charged to my account by my bank, and also several returned item charges from merchants. I took it on the chin!!!
