This is my go to place when I need to purchase my medicine. I love the customer service. Shipping is by far the best in the game. And they care for customers. I'm a silver. You can start with bronze and work your way up to emerald or gold. They pay their customers in product. And I love it.

I have ordered from them several times. Shipping is always fast , they communicate well and the product is very good. They even include a hand written note with your order. Thanks Liz

Shipping is incredibly fast and the flower is gasssss. Out of 4 strains I ordered only 1 was slightly disappointing. All the others gasssssss🤤 I appreciate all they do ngl. These people with the low ratings are most likely fake acounts sent from competition because honest to God best online store I've run wit.

I was making another order at Arete Hemp. I was informed I would need to provide my DL#, SS#, and a photo. This wasn't my first purchase. I first contacted the company and was told collecting this highly confidential information was "policy". I then attempted to report Arete to the Better Business Bureau, but their request is not illegal. Their request is only shady. It seems Arete Hemp is creating some sort of data base with intrusive personal information no online vendor has ever requested. Why?

(Edit) Was initially convinced I was scammed but through multiple emails and producing confirmation receipt finally 3 weeks later a replacement is mailed. Not entirely company fault over mail but it was beyond difficult to get product replaced in spite of purchasing extra route protection.

Have ordered quite a bit from here over the past year, never had an issue.

They baited and switched me. They offered an 8-item bundle, but sent only 5 of the 8 items. Caveat Emptor.

Do not trust this company! They recently refunded an order without my consent and took money for a cancellation fee. Basically free money. Also, once you order once, they completely slow down processing on your orders. It is best to just go to a local apothecary. Arete sucks! Trust me... do not use this crap company.
