They're product ratings & reviews are manipulated. I've had good and bad products from Arete. They give you points to review the products you buy. If you give them a positive 4 or 5 star, your review gets listed on the product. If you give a 3 star or below negative review, it will not be shown to the public (except for a few 3 star reviews that appear to have been hand selected to be seen). Leaving every product they sell, listed at a 4.9 to 5 star product. This is scummy. The FDC advises "Do not display reviews in a misleading way, such as by highlighting positive reviews and burying negative ones" Like I said I've had products from Arete that I really liked and met my expectations. And then I've had products that I thought were terrible. It's a gamble each order because everything is listed as top notch. You'll never know your about to get some mute, tasteless bud until you receive your order thanks to the reviews. They turn their nose up to the thought that someone thinks they have a bad strain or is unsatisfied. It's ridiculous.
