I need the flower for medical purposes and it is very high priced. I do not believe I'm getting the points applied either. The product the "toad Venom"and especially is quite good flavor is 9good too. I do think they should give a discount if you're buying a full ounce or you spend so much a month 10 -20% discount . I can't get the points to do much of anything while spendingover $1,000 I've gotten $25 in points or $35 something like that is ridiculous. I have received $35 discount for purchasing around $1,000 worth of products now that's really sad products good or not that's not proper

The quality and transparency of their product is the best on the internet IMO. Fresh labs for the flower. Concentrations content labeled and linked to lab. Rigid age checking. All that said. The Banner flower is amazing but I can take a look at other top flower internet vendors and get amazing flower for 30% less. If money isn’t an object, look nowhere else.

I have made several THCa purchases from Arete, including luxury flower, budget flower, smalls, hash rosin vape bundles and hash bundles. Pros: Excellent customer service, extremely fast delivery, 80% satisfied w/flower purchases. BE AWARE ALL flower must be cured PROPERLY after purchase. Cons: Flower is sometimes inconsistent; hash rosin vapes are pricey and quality is...meh, hash rosin bundles also...meh

My last order included a t-shirt and a sticker that I really wanted to decorate my vanity with. The site wouldn’t let me buy it though, and said it would arrive with my order, and had me select my preferred color. I selected galaxy. It didn’t arrive with the rest of my order. So, I reached out saying this is silly, but I’ll gladly pay for the shipping, if you’ll just send me the galaxy sticker that was left out of my order. They responded saying that they would include an extra on my next order. But, I make this stuff last me a very long time, I don’t put in many orders at all- plus, I don’t need an extra, like just send me one! I’m willing to cover the shipping! They probably think I’m lying. I’m hoping they’ll see this one and offer to send it, at which point I will delete this, or change it to five stars. I just want to finish decorating my vanity!

It just wasn’t very good just the okay three batches at different times I just get a headache from it. It was void of crystals kind of dry should be cheaper but I do t have to buy it so don’t.

Awesome company just not transparent enough only in it for the money I guess

(Edit) Was initially convinced I was scammed but through multiple emails and producing confirmation receipt finally 3 weeks later a replacement is mailed. Not entirely company fault over mail but it was beyond difficult to get product replaced in spite of purchasing extra route protection.

Customer Service Email support is less than helpful given the inaccurate information given. Do not expect assistance! I am reviewing this before I actually get the product. They lost two stars just for customer service inaptitude.
