Hi, I have worked with Shashank Shekar at Arcus lending and I had a great experience. it is my first house so I had so many questions and he was always there to answer those. He was very professional and thorough. I would recommend Arcus Lending to anyone who is looking for a mortgage company. Thanks!

My experience with Shashank and Bianca at Arcus lending has been extremely pleasant . I bought my first home through them and have stuck to them for five years . They have always kept my best interest in mind and have been proactive in letting me know whenever it was time for me to refinance . This is an extremely knowledgeable and professional team you can totally trust with your mortgage work.

-Smooth process . -Prompt responses and addressing of concerns. -Multiple choices offered Overall a great lender !

The Arcus Lending has helped me with a complex loan. Everyone was very patient. They’re good with understanding customer need and ensuring successful loan closure.

Choosing Arcus Lending was the Best Decision I took during buying my house. Mr. Shashank Shekhar is very knowledgeable, helpful and committed to completing the tasks as soon as possible with the minimum of documents & the best of rates which no one can beat. His staff are also helpful and coordinated with my broker for all the balance documents & closed my house deal in 15 working days flat, which none of my friends and colleagues could believe. I very strongly recommend them to every one looking for a home loan.

We were actively looking for somebody who could help us, first time buyers with getting a mortgage. had so many questions in mind and were looking for the right person who can answer those.. heard Shashank on a radio station and knew he is our guy.. we setup a consultation with him and in our meeting he impressed us. Highly knowledgeable and very informative. He knows mortgage like the back of his hand. Also when the process started We were really impressed with the loan officer Bianca. She took extra care of our file and was always available to answer our phone calls and emails. she is amazing.... It were their sincere efforts which got us the best rate and helped us to accomplish our dream of owning a home in US. We rate them 5 star in customer service.. We highly recommend Arcus Lending if you are looking to buy your home or want to refinance it..These guys are awesome.. Pawan & Monika

Arcus Lending was recommended by our financial planner to refinance our home mortgage for a lower rate. Their service was excellent. We never had to leave our home. Much of the transaction "paperwork" was done online and they used secure electronic signatures to make it easy. When it was time for the physical papers to be signed, they sent a friendly and thorough Notary Public to our home. She explained what each of the forms we signed was for - so we understood it without having to read all of the mind-numbing fine print at the time. Everything went smoothly and we now have a lower monthly payment. We received a nice thank you card from the owner and also occasionally get an email with a few helpful articles - sort of a mini-magazine that is a quick read and has some fresh ideas that we enjoy.

Thank you for keeping my financial health in mind. Grateful
