We just closed our recent refi with Arcus Lending 3 weeks ago. Our Loan Officer was Mr. Behzad Hamidi. He was the easiest person to work with. We really enjoyed our experience. Mr. Hamidi and Arcus Lending made the entire process so painless and easy. Being able to digitally upload documents yourself to your own loan file was so easy and such a time saver. He had the perfect amount of communication and was not overbearing at all. Any questions we had he answered them quickly and honestly, no hidden tricks or fees. He even respected our time while we were on vacation for a few days and still closed our loan on time.
