The team at Arctic Grey are Shopify experts. We needed a development partner that could help us make improvements to our current site. We signed up for 100 bulk hours and have been very happy with their work. They have taken our complex requests and executed on them very well. Our site has a complex way of displaying the product variant details and images. They helped us to improve our website allowing us to sell a whole new category of products. This required restructuring the product menu, collection pages and product filters. They don’t shy away from the smallest of tasks and help us work through the details. They will continue to adjust a task until it is perfect and we are happy with it. Anthony is our project manager. We met him by phone to kick off our work together. He spent time explaining their process. He promised regular updates on our project. He and the Arctic team have delivered on these promises. Anthony is quick to respond and never leaves us hanging or wondering about the status of our project. We appreciate Arctic’s high level of service, skill, communication and reliability. We've had an incredible experience with Arctic Grey so far! They got involved with our website and immediately made an impact. Not only was AG able to design a beautiful site that allows our aesthetic to shine, the site is high-functioning and fine-tuned to meet our specific needs.
