Arctic Grey, Ltd.Reviews of arcticgrey.com

Arctic Grey LTD. was super creative designing the website frame. Very knowledgeable regarding the different apps to use to help us convert. Quick to react to issues. They have a talented crew. Anthony Spallone was a dream to work with. I would definitely give them 5 stars!!

We launched our website with Anthony Spallone as Arctic Grey's representative. I have been in business for over 25 years, and I have dealt with a number of programmers, developers, and IT salespeople. I can honestly say, without hesitation, that Anthony is the best. Throughout this process, we ran into numerous technical problems and hit several road blocks, none the fault of Arctic Grey or Anthony. Yet, Anthony was always there to help us solve the problems we encountered, patient as a saint, and committed to our satisfaction. He, and as a result, Arctic Grey went above and beyond what you would expect to get in terms of quality, commitment, customer service. If you are contemplating hiring Arctic Gray, go ahead, you won't regret it. It is one of the few investments you will make that you won't lose sleep over. Anthony had our back, and the quality of the product, website, design, and depth of content was ultimately delivered without a hitch. It's unusual to heap so much praise on an individual and a company, but it's true; I recommend Arctic Grey without hesitation and encourage you to use them for your next website project.

Attention to detail. Dedication. Responsible. These are just some of the positive qualities we found in Arctic Grey. They make sure everything is done to your liking and won't stop till its just right.

We've had a fantastic experience working with Arctic Grey on our website. We signed up for a free design initially, not thinking too much of it, and then were blown away with the design they came up with! Anthony was a great PM and communicator throughout our project. He's very responsive and the team is fast in implementing feedback. My only critique would be that sometimes, I'll have to give the same feedback a couple of times before it's implemented. But overall, for the price and the quality of work, we are extremely pleased! I would definitely recommend Arctic Grey to others and we plan on continuing using them for our website even after launch!

I really enjoy working with Arctic Grey. Every single interaction has been great. Very responsive. Highly professional. Professionalism. Work ethic. Genuine desire to see you succeed. Don't every change, guys!

Anthony and the development team at Arctic Grey have been great partners to work with during our website development and design. They have implemented our initial concept and made helpful suggestions throughout the process. I would highly recommend Arctic Grey to any other company, whether they're just starting out or are looking for an experienced team to help make their vision a reality.

We had to do some urgent fixes and customizations on our check out page, and Arctic Grey team was able to help us in quickest time. We appreciated Anthony's prompt and accurate communications, and finding ways to resolve the problems in most effective way. Anthony finished the job in less than allotted time, which was very refreshing after experiencing few other not very professional experts. There are few more adjustments we want to make on our website, and we have no doubt that we will be working with Anthony's team again in near future.

The key advantage of working with Arctic Grey is their speed and responsiveness. They work fast, even on weekends, and turn around edits within days of submitting feedback. Overall, we are very happy with how our site turned out.
