Arctic Grey, Ltd.Reviews of arcticgrey.com

This was the first time we worked with Arctic Grey and we couldn't be happier. We had a shopping site developed by someone else and it didn't work well. Arctic Grey figured out our business and had great recommendations. They are also very quick and super responsive.

We hired Arctic Grey to develop a Shopify custom theme for our new skincare line. This turned out to be an excellent decision. Arctic Grey is one of those rare companies that delivers above and beyond their promises. Quality of their work is second t none. So is their business ethic. Anthony is a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the entire process we never had to follow up on any of our requests! Everything was done ahead of the schedule! If Anthony said he’d call at 10am, you phone would ring exactly at 10am. If he promised something done in 3 business days, it would be done in one. And the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you have an professional, honest, and highly reliable partner is simply priceless!

Arctic Grey worked extremely fast and very professional at making changes and updating our site for our re-branding! They are great at keeping you informed of upcoming changes with progress reports. I look forward to working with them again. Thank you Arctic Grey!

To start off, our company does not have on-site technical hires, making working in the e-commerce space difficult for any technical developments, web changes, and beyond. This meant any developments would take a significant amount of time and investment whenever a change needed to be made. When our team discovered Arctic Grey, our view of on site developments and development help changed drastically. We've been working with their team for about 1.5 years now and it has allowed us the flexibility, speed, and cost savings to maintain a team without an on-site developer. The turn around times are typically always within 24 hours, sometimes even faster, and the work done is always phenomenal. Our team would recommend Arctic grey to any other company needing the highest quality and quickest turnaround in terms of site developments.

Arctic Grey and I have worked together for almost a year now and I don't have a bad thing to say! Anthony has always been helpful and easy to reach via email. They are very professional and have always tried to solve all my issues. Thank you again!

We had been trying to run google ads for some time, because we were launching a brand new collection. For weeks, there was an issue that reported we had malware on our site, and no one could figure out where it was. We went through numerous developers who claimed that they didn’t see anything wrong on our site, but the error message persisted on google’s side. Once we hired Arctic Grey, they identified the issue within days and worked directly with Google to remedy the solution. Hiring their team was the best decision we made all year!

Let me just say that I had no idea HOW impressed I would be with my website notoxgirls.com. The Arctic Grey team blew me away every step of the way. From their sales team, to customer support, to the amazing quality of the work, and even the shared-screen phone call training at the end of our contract. I feel comfortable with updating my website myself, and I am not really a "techy" person. Thank you, Arctic Grey, for making my business website a DREAM come true. Will definitely recommend them to everyone. A+++++++++!!!!

I've worked with a few different companies building websites, but Arctic Grey was by far the most efficient & responsive. Such a great experience working with Anthony & his team on our Shopify site. There wasn't anything they couldn't fix or adjust. Just awesome! Thanks guys!
