Arctic Grey, Ltd.Reviews of arcticgrey.com

Arctic Grey did an outstanding job creating an amazing website platform for us on Shopify. Their expertise in developing incredible automation capabilities has been a game-changer for our business. The team’s communication was exceptional from start to finish, ensuring every detail was handled with precision. Working with my assigned account rep, Truc, was incredibly satisfying—Truc was attentive, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Anthony, the manager, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. What truly sets Arctic Grey apart is their top-notch customer service—it's like no other! They were always available to answer our questions and provide support. If you're looking for a professional, efficient, and reliable team to build your website, Arctic Grey is the way to go!

I've worked with several other web developers, and AG has been my best experience by far. They are reliable, prompt, knowledgeable, talented, and very organized. My company has relied on AG for 5+ years, and at this point, would not consider working with anyone else.

Love Arctic Grey. They have excellent account managers, are super efficient and accomplish tasks quickly and effectively. I also love the "bulk hours' model so I do not feel like I am paying for things I don't need or use!

Artic Grey has been a great resource for us. Our project manager was great. She was very knowledgeable, and helpful in fulfilling our requests. We have used AG several times in the past, and plan to continue to do so in the future.

I had a great time working with Arctic Grey. They were really helpful and came up with innovative solutions. The team felt like a family, creating a friendly and supportive environment. I appreciated how transparent they were in their communication, keeping me involved and valued throughout our partnership. Overall, working with Arctic Grey exceeded my expectations and was a fantastic experience. I have continued to work with Arctic Grey after the scope of our project concluded!

Arctic Grey is extremely professional and great to work with. Brooke Sanderson and Anthony have helped our small business upgrade to a modern website and transform our point-of-sale system to Shopify through a very organized and well-planned structure. They are always on call to help and offer terrific guidance and best practices on market trends and standards in the e-commerce space. They have been instrumental in merging our proprietary inventory management, accounting, and point of sale system over to Shopify and their developers have helped us realize our vision. Their willingness to go the extra mile and assist with all of our continuous questions does not go unnoticed and is critical for our staff training on the new systems they are building for us.

Working with Arctic Grey has been an amazing experience. They have been so helpful and knowledgable about everything and have always been extremely responsive and great communicators. We immensely appreciate all of their help on our project.

The team at Arctic Grey worked with us at Woodland Essence to rebuild our Shopify website after our original developer moved on. Anthony and his team of programmers were always there to support us during the design phase and the launch. Hannah, our project manager, was energetic, knowledgeable, and prompt in responding to our questions and needs. Both Anthony & Hannah were helpful in suggesting the look and feel of our new updated site. They were also helpful in suggesting new apps for us and integrating those apps with our site. Even though our progress to an updated site was interrupted by Co-vid, Anthony and his team never forgot us and stayed with us to the end of our project. We look forward to continuing to work with Arctic Grey in the future as we develop and expand our site to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. The team members at Arctic Grey are “Shopify Experts” and great partners in developing and implementing a new site. WoodlandEssence.com 4/28/22
